I have now used James of Pacific Windshields - Mobile Rock Chip Repair a total of four different times. I found him five years ago and he did such a great job that I have used him each time I have had a chipped windshield. In each case he has arrived at my house on schedule and in all cases he has saved me from having to replace the entire windshield. His repairs are not noticeable after the work is complete, which is fantastic given that the last windshield replacement cost me $2300. James does fantastic work and I would recommend him to others.

James repaired the windshield on my Range Rover last week after a flying stone left a small crack. Subsequent to the repair I had my vehicle hand washed, i then observed the repair didnt hold up as two small cracks re-appeared. I took my vehicle to the dealership where my service advisor informed me that sometimes windshield repairs wont last. I re-connected with James and asked if he would repair the work that he previously performed. Upon arrival he informed me that he would need to drill a new hole in the windshield, furthermore I probably should have replaced the windshield from the beginning. Needless to say I was greatly dissapointed he didnt offer that course of action in the first place. Buyer beware.

A rock kicked up and struck my windshield, creating a quarter sized chip and cracks within the drivers view. I did some research and noticed all good reviews for this repair service. Im glad to be one. I called and spoke with James. He was able to quickly schedule a same day appointment. He arrived early, was courteous and honest on his abilities for the repair. I am very happy with the end result and the price for the mobile service was reasonable. I highly recommend Pacific Windshields and will call upon them again if anything happens to my windshield.

I call to ask for a quote for a rock chip, and when he gave me a good deal, I asked for an apoitment since I notice, that he was almost closing, but he said, to give him couple minutes, and he will be here. To make long story short, I got excellent service, he was here on time, good price, 100% recommendable.

Jim was very honest with me, told me he might not be able to fix it do to the type of crack on my windshield. But said he would be more then glad to come see it. Came to my work place and said, yes he can fix it. Gave me the price and I said YES please. Thank you for your honesty and great job!!!
