The worst everWorst, and I repeat the worst company I have ever worked with. The most negligent, rude, disarrayed management I have seen. Clint is up there. Not only do I get an email 4 days before my engagement party, that they mis scheduled their deliveries, it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to respond. I called and called to confirm the date and time and Was assured and reassured that I was all squared away, now coming 4 days before my party I get that message. So awful.

I have rented furniture from Lounge Appeal for many events that I have hosted both personally and professionally (birthday party, Christmas party, networking event). This company truly delivers high-quality furniture and customer experience that is reflected through their event management team and from beginning to end I was impressed with the high quality of attention to detail that they have provided at all of the events I have utilized their services for. The furniture is top quality and unlike other competitors, there are no flaws in the furniture that they use. I have also used them during COVID-19 and they adhered to all county-wide ordinances of physical distancing and disinfecting when delivering and picking up the furniture which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend this furniture rental company to anyone who is looking to host an event.

Would you like to rent furniture from a company that doesnt understand how to manage an email marketing list? I certainly wouldnt. Ive unsubscribed 4 times for an emailing list Ive never once signed up for (I dont even live in Southern California) and even received a response from their VP of Marketing to apologize and meet my request.But hey, if renting chairs and tables to people doesnt require the ability to communicate (or understand communications) effectively then why not give it a try? Just be prepared to tell them what you want more than once, as they will surely need specifics and reminders along the way...Try at your own risk.
