I have been with EC for 15 years now. As an egg donor and a now 5X surrogate. The staff and level of service you will get is flawless. To be honest this company treated me so horribly that even 10 years later its made me so ill to think about that’s it prompted me to leave a review this many years later. I was young and a donor and they took advantage of the fact that I needed money. Iv read other reviews and it appears the company is just going to say I wasn’t a customer and some sort of con artist but I have emails and documents for proof. This company preys off of peoples want for a child or money and they take advantage of you. it’s your body don’t let them use you.

So far my journey with extraordinary conception has been awesome! They’re always available to help and answer any questions you have. They are very friendly making the experience even better, I would highly recommend working with them. Iris has been awesome and a pleasure to work with, she is always responsive and very helpful.

Carried and delivered Jan 2017... Every adventure has its speed bumps but ours was remarkable to say the least & most of what transpired or what challenged us was out of their control. The staff was better than amazing & their attention to me and my scenario and the IPs was incomparable. Ill be back you guys, just a few more months of me time first.....

My husband and I have been looking for fertility clinic and came across this one. Seeing all the NEGATIVE reviews i questioned whether we should use it. I called the agency and discussed some of the concerns noted in the negative reviews about their coached screening process and the like and the person on the phone although she appeared to be friendly agreed that he screen process needed some work. she confided in me and i appreciate her honesty but it goes to show me that he agency generally acts DISHONESTLY.We will be going to another fertility agency.

I do NOT recommend this agency. They tried to over charge me for services that i received elsewhere for 50% the cost. I gave them my credit card information and they were making unauthorized charges to it.. They seem only to be interested in your money and the service is terrible. I also caught them lying to me about a donors medical background...

I just want to mention how easy it is to get a hold of people to talk to them about the next step. The ladies at EC also have a way of easing nerves. I have talked to Ying, Jennifer and Viktoria and theyve all been very pleasant and have made me feel comfortable at all times. I​m so pleased with this agency thus far :)

This agency has MANY issues and I would not recommend it. My experience was terrible. I was lied to about the quality of an Egg Donor that they matched me with.. They failed to properly screen the egg donor and she was much too old although they told me that age was not an issue. I later found out from my doctor that the egg donor age was a serious issue as was the medical issue that she had that this agency was trying to conceal..After finding out how dishonest this agency was i started to do more research and found out that they have been sued in many law suits which law suits make the similar complaints that i do.There are many honest and reputable agencies out there... i would strong suggest that you go to see another one.

I have been working with EC for over a year to become a gestational surrogate. During this time Christa and Ying have been immensely helpful and prompt with responding to any of my emails. Im so glad to have them on my team through this whole process.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY. Tracy Devany lies about her screening process.. it is sub par.. she tells people what they want to hear and takes advantage of innocent couples .. She is in a fee arrangement with not only the egg donor but also the doctor. She will tell you that the egg donor only wants to deal with a specific doctor because that doctor will give a referral fee back to her.. She doesnt even tell you about all the tests you can have done on a donor so that no issues could come up that would have you cancel the egg donor. She is being sued right now for all these things!!! STAY AWAY there are much better and honest agencies out there...
