I have worked in retail and customer service for more than 10 years as a salesperson and manager. I will never shop here again. The manager (#13565604) is very dishonest. I bought 3 pairs of their cheapest earrings because they didnt have what I wanted. He added 6 $2.99 extended service agreement charges to my bill without my knowledge. When I asked what the extra charges were, he told me they were standard service fees. He didnt ask if I wanted these warranties for each earring like any other store asks. He just added them and lied about what the charges were. I wouldnt recommend anyone spend their money at Banter. If you do, check your receipt before getting your ears pierced.

We enjoyed our search for a gold chain, we found one it was my niece birthday. It was very busy. The sale lady was very helpful and took care of everyone.

It honestly deserves a 5 star because it was kind and quick service, however the $12 Studex advanced cleaning solution smells like bleach. It seems like they just repackaged bleach and sold it to me for $12.

The lady that assisted me was really kind she let me know my options and I walked away so happy and satisfied with my experience ☺️,100/100 recommend this place !

It is an optional plan but you are not given any knowledge of this until after your item has rang up higher than the listed shelf price. This is HIGHLY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY by this business and classifies for Class Action Lawsuit status. I advise all locals to AVOID business at this mall kiosk at all costs as their business practice of disgusting GREED and lack of integrity is an insult to your own personal intelligence.
