So Im guilty of ruining the battery that connects to the mainframe, went to go see if they could fix it, nice people, however, they were unable to fix it, I allowed them to do whatever they needed to, to fix it, if it meant letting them open the computer then so be it. They didn’t, and made me think there was no way in fix it. I went home about 5 minutes later, told my mother about it, she opened the back of it, and connected the wires back into the mainframe and it’s charging fully again.. I counted on them to see if it could be fixed, it was over $400 to buy the computer, to take no less than 5 minutes to open the back of the computer, connect the wiring back in the mainframe and good as new.. but they didn’t and waisted so much time to get there, and then be told I’d have to call the company to get it fixed.. I see all these good reviews.. but where was the good? This place definitely disappointed me today.. but places deserve second chancesso.. I’ll give them credit for trying, but they didn’t try hard enough

This was my 2nd visit there. I dealt with Dylan both times, he was great. He had my sons computer done the same day and my daughters the next. Awesome customer service and I will go back there again if needed in the future. I highly recommend Computer Avenue.

Amazing group of people! Took my laptop in with a shattered screen and they had me fixed up and back in business in about 15 minutes. As long as we live in Carlsbad, I will use these guys for my computer needs!

How these people are still in business is beyond me. They dont know that much about computers either. My sister took her laptop there, sure enough they didnt fix the problem. Then they didnt even reassemble the laptop correctly. I took a look and and cables werent even connected inside. Save the trouble and avoid this place.

This store has knowledgeable people and had what I was looking for. I am glad that they are part of Carlsbad. Our only options in this town if they were not here would be Wal-Mart and Radio Shack and if you have ever come to Carlsbad you know that those other two places are about worthless. Just wish they opened a little earlier. Thank you Computer Avenue!!!

This is now my go to place for computer repairs. Customer service is great and the manager is nice. Highly recommend everyone to come here for any help on electronics.
