Chris did a great job! Carpet is old and was dirty with lots of spots and I must say it looks better than I expected. It needs to be replaced soon so this was a temporary fix. Carpet is taking a long time to dry - I would say more like 24-48 hours (not 2-3 hours as advertised) until it will be dry enough to walk on. If I replace the carpet with carpet Chris will be my guy. Chris did a great job! We had some pet stains that I didn’t expect to come clean but they did and our carpet looks like new. He also cleaned our sofa which looks great too. It was a little more expensive than what I paid another company last time but it was well worth the extra money. You definitely get what you pay for!

BnK Chem-Dry did an amazing job, with none of the overpowering scents that I had previously thought were standard to carpet cleaning. They were on-time and friendly, and did a quick walk-through with me to identify the spots needing extra treatment (all pet-related) before getting started. They were able to get out all the pet stains on the light-colored carpet running throughout the apartment - it looked brand-new when they finished.

Great service and even better work! I had a RED candle spill wax on my living room carpet and didnt notice for a few hours until it was dried into the carpet. This was the first time we cleaned our carpets other than using a steam cleaning service. Interesting process and much different equipment than steam cleaning. While the process takes a little bit longer, the results are noticeably better and you dont get the weird feeling of the cleaning stuff still in the dry carpet which weve noticed a few time after our carpet had been previuosly cleaned. The overall cost was a little more but that was due to the pet treatment we added that worked really well. Wee gong to try their tiles cleaning and seal to see how that works. Were very pleased with the carpet!

Vlad and Miguel did a great job on our three pieces of upholstered furniture. When they arrived I asked them if they could clean two area rugs which I had not requested on the original phone call. They easily accommodated that too. In addition they arrived on time, were very professional, and explained in detail the process. We will definitely use BNK Chemdry again and will recommend them to others.

Above and beyond....outstanding service!Chris Shaw and Noah Battisti arrived at our home promptly for our 8 am appointment.Their equipment was newer and spotless and their presentation stellar. Chris restrerched the carpet on a few steps and landings while Noah measured the carpeted areas to be cleaned. They offer three packages with the basic and the sanitizing and stain protectant package and then a third package with additional protectant. We selected package two with the restretching. The pricing is reasonable and the work that both men performed was outstanding. Chris and Noah were very friendly and professional and delivered top notch quality. In todays world it is hard to find such honest hard working folks like Chris and Noah. The prep work, vacumming, cleaning and raking made a huge difference in our carpets appearance and restored the flooring to an almost newness look. My husband and I have owned many homes and have had our carpets professionally cleaned by other companies but nothing comes close to BnK. We even contacted Roman at another ChemDry company in Laguna Niguel who declined the job after I stated we would be inspecting the cleanliness of his equipment. Chris was up for the challenge and showed up with a newer van mounted unit and sanitized equipment. Chris was transparent every step of the way and we will certainly use him in the future.
