Best rental car experience EVER! They are professional, kind, super nice & its easy to reserve and get your car. They only hold $150 Vs $300 that Enterprise and so many others hold as a deposit. Their rates are way better than Enterprise, Hertz etc.Oh, and THEY HAVE A SHUTTLE! No other rental car place I have found has that anymore!! So easy, convenient, great prices, sweet and professional employees, awesome rental car experience!

I love renting from green leaf! Especially this office, the girls at the front desk are so helpful. Megan and Dora helped me when I rented a car out last month and they were quick and efficient! I had told them I needed to get back to my kids and so while Megan was finishing up my paperwork, Dora went around to get my car so that I was in and out. I loved how they worked together as a team. I really appreciate the excellent customer service ladies! Thank you and I’ll forsure be back again! :)

We have gone to Greenleaf twice for a rental while our car was being serviced. We were recommended by here by our dealership, each time has been a great experience. We always receive a great rate and a nice clean car. The staff is always extremely nice and have gone above and beyond for us already.

Ive actually never heard of Greenleaf. This company was selected for me by the dealership while my vehicle was being serviced.What a happy surprise, it was great, I received a nice, clean full sized new vehicle. It was an easy process they were quick efficient and Covid-19 compliant. They have plexiglass barriers, sanitized ink pens, hand sanitizer available and masks are required. They also provided a courtesy shuttle to and from the dealership that was great.I world use them again.

I had a wonderful and painless experience with Greenleaf in Carlsbad.The first encounter was a friendly yet professional gal named Meagan.(Hope I spelled your name right) The rates are reasonable, extremely fast check in, explained the $150 deposit which showed up on my credit cardwithin 5 business days, pretty good I would say! I LOVE that you can doa key drop off return for after regular business hours. I will be using and referring this great company!

Got a great mid-sized car to run to Vegas. Great mpg & air conditioning! It was 111 degrees there. Inside of windshield was dirty with a film which made taking pics thru it difficult while touring Red Rock. I let them know.

Kyle and Taylor were so kind to reach out to the next renter of the car I had dropped off upon my request because I was absent minded and forgot to remove my garage door opener from the car before leaving. I was able to pick it up the next day! Additionally, The pick up service from Bob Baker was excellent and the staff are really nice. Having this fast efficient service in lieu of a dealership loaner worked great 👍🏼. Thanks again Green Leaf !

Very open and kind rental agency. Same feel as the larger rental spaces. Only downside I have is I wont need them often. But for those that need a rental in the area would recommend them highly.

The loaner car for Ken Grody Ford was from Greenleaf Rent a car. All was good. If I need a rental I will be checking this place out. Shuttle driver/clerk were very good

We were pleasantly surprised to find this rental service through the dealer when we took our vehicle for service in Carlsbad. I knew it was close by, but because I had never heard of it before, I did not call them. I called a near by competitor. Shall I say it HERTZ me to tell you the competitor was about 3 TIMES more expensive than Greenleaf for the same size vehicle! It was a hassle free experience and they picked us up at the dealer. Will absolutely use them again and share them will all our friends and family!

I have always had excellent service and experience with Greenleaf. The owner is gracious and friendly, and the service is excellent. My cars have always been clean and functioning perfectly. I have rented from them three times. I cannot even imagine the negative reply that I saw. And their rates are the best in town!!

Hello we went to Green Leaf today.My sons car needed to go to the shop we were deciding in where to take his car.We also needed to take a trip to SF.With the rental car.We have been renting from Green Leaf for over 10 years.Bryan always took very good care of my very large family.Today we were told contradictory information.Basically lied too!I believe it was racially motivated.The idea that a bank card was not substantial enough to rent a viechle.Seemed very confusing.Since in the past we had used that method for years.The premise behind the acceptance.Was changed several times.During our conversation with three different employees.Basically we were be sized up for our appearance perhaps.Please do not rent from this company as they lie directly to your face.Some how the employees felt they could take liberties toward on deciding whom were the best clients to rent too.These employees are just that employees and should respect all of there customers.

Hoen Audi gave me a car from Greenleaf because they were out of lanes that day. Greenleaf picked me up right away and had a new car waiting for me. Very pleasant service and the cars were nice. They dropped me off right away upon my return. I liked be able to use the hybrid cars.

I went in from Kansas City for a family reunion and needed an affordable rental. Greenleaf saved me about $100 overall and didnt require more than $150 deposit. The other rental places wanted the deposit to match my week-long rental total. And Nicole was awesome to work with!!

The rental experience was simple and painless. I was in and out quickly during pick up and drop off. The Hyundai Elantra I drove was clean and issue-free. Greenleafs shuttle service to and from my destination was timely as well. I had never heard of this rental company before now, but I would not hesitate to rent from this company again.

We were offered a car here while our Subaru from Bob Baker was in service. The experience was good, but nothing spectacular.We ended up with a Toyota Yaris which served its purpose well. However, the interior smelled of smoke - peculiar for a non-smoking car!Greenleaf also does not offer any insurance on its cars. Be sure you have an alternate method of insurance.Unfortunately, we could not make their 6PM closing time and had to do an after-hours dropoff. Although we were accommodated, there was some initial resistance. There was also no discussion of this when we first picked up the car.

A cheap - but economical - car rental company. Specializing in small, fuel efficient cars. Unfortunately, the car I had - while it ran excellent, had several dents and a loose bumper. But it may be you get what you pay for

Rushed in just before they closed on Saturday because I left a rental place down the street that did nothing to help me. THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE HAD IN A LONG TIME!! Super nice people there. Fast, friendly and just nice!

I want to say thank you so much to Nicole Volz at the Green Leaf Rent A Car. She is at the 27625 Jefferson Avenue location in Temecula. Nicole saved us by renting us a car when we were in a bad situation. She is a manager that cares about her customers. A lot of the big rental car companies treat you like your just a reservation number. Nicole with Green Leaf treats you like a person. The cars are very clean. I cant always say that about the big rental car companies. I cant say enough about Green Leaf. I wont rent another car from anyone else. Its nice to see that a family owned company like Green Leaf is in our area. If you need to rent a car go to Green Leaf Rent A Car you will be happy you did they treat you like family and not a number.

The Car I got smelled really bad😏 They would not accommodate a time or location to return a Rental on Thanksgiving Day. There was no Prior Notice or Announcement regarding this very important Detail. Got the run around when I asked for a clarification of why I was forced to rent the car if I clearly did not need to. The Answer I got was; sorry but we dont have any space to Park the Car? Prior to this incident I had no Prior Complaints and was Satisfied. Also make sure to review any dents or scrapes and gas level. The gas is always written full but I suggest you check because it is not..

Mediocre rental car service. No key drop off. The hours for Saturday say they are open til 2pm online and they are closed Saturday with no key drop off. Inconvenient for customers.

The girl that welcomed us didnt even look up at us once. Didnt care about us at all. The cars transmission was terrible. The horn didnt work, in fact the whole steering wheel was loose and broken. Worst rental car, and rental experience Ive ever had.

I was in an accident with my truck which left me without my vehicle for almost a month so I needed to rent something to help me with my move.I rented from another car rental place the first couple days (after my accident) but I just couldnt go back the rest of the week so I decided to check online for another alternative other than the car rental place my insurance company suggested (Enterprise or Hertz....Enterprise couldnt even bother looking up to say hello or know who was the next person in their office/line to help so I left), When I searched online a company was listed I had never heard of before, Greenleaf Rent a Car, they had a great rating and reviews so I decided to try them and I am so glad that I did.Not only were they courteous on the phone but they picked me, my niece and nephew up very quickly from the other car rental shop (that shall remain nameless) rather quickly. When we got to the office they were quick with the paperwork and the walk around the Ford F150 truck, I rented to make sure there wasnt any issues, and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes.Because of the nice experience I had with the truck I rented (I turned it in because I borrowed a relatives car for the rest of the month my truck was in the collision shop) I decided I needed a bigger vehicle than the PT Cruiser I was borrowing from family so I went back to Greenleaf to rent from them again, this time rented a Dodge Caravan. OMG! I loved this van even better than my own truck. :)Both vehicles I rented from Greenleaf were clean as if they just bought them from the dealership, a big plus for me because the last vehicle from the shop that will remain nameless was kind of gross (Im a bit of a germophobe). When I picked up the van I noticed that Greenleaf had a car in their inventory that I want to buy in the future, a Chevrolet Sonic, I was told by Luis that I can come back and rent it. (then Id know if I really want to buy the Sonic in the future). What a great rental pitch I do have to say, I just may take them up on it. Just so you all know, all the employees that I worked with at Greenleaf were nice and personable.Oh and by the way, if you happen to have your car being worked on by Autopark Collision (I did) you may want to mention that to Greenleaf, they give an incredibly nice discount to Autoparks customers. They beat the so called discounted prices that my insurance company got from their preferred car rental shops.I would totally recommend this car rental place to any of my family and friends that need a vehicle.
