I had to contact MMI for help on a number of occasions and it amazes me how promptly Liz gets back with a personalized response that helps take care of the problem. Excellent service provided by Liz. Well Done!!!

Our association Board decided to change the parking policy to limit visitor parking due to people not parking in their garage. At first I was frustrated by the paperwork required to get a permit, but MMI made the process so easy, fast and were very helpful the entire time. They really went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service.

MMI makes it so easy to pay online and the push notifications to my phone via email or their app keeps me up to date on community meetings and events. My concerns are always resolved quickly. I really feel we get a lot of value by having MMI as our management team. It seems that our community looks better than ever and they have helped get our vendors to perform on their contracts better than with any prior management company.

I’ve had the pleasure of living in a wonderful community that MMI has managed for many years, and I’ve been very happy with all of my interactions with them. This company is awesome! Our association website is always up to date and extremely helpful. Everyone in the office is kind and takes extra time to ensure my questions are answered completely. Irresponsible use of public funds. Newsletters sent for (collectively) hundreds of dollars of postage to hundreds of residences at La Jolla renaissance of five communities a couple of times a year. This is for a one page notice on average of topics (most recently) only about pinecones, dog care including facts about dog whiskers, and ducks in the pond and their species. Every year they raise the fees 20% for such stripe. Doesn’t this make sense.

As the Board Treasurer for our HOA Board I am looking for clear financial statements that help the Board make good fiduciary decisions. MMIs accounting and financial packets are clear and easy to understand. Their financial team is always available to meet and discuss in advance of the meeting should I have any questions. I feel very supported as the Treasurer and well advised of the associations finances at all times. Their AP controls and collections processes are fantastic. Their technology to empower our Board makes our jobs as volunteers much more efficient and we end up making better decisions because we have accurate, complete information. I am on 3 other Boards and MMI is by far the best management company i have ever worked with.

No one really has time to deal with their HOA, or usually wants to. Every time I call MMI I get a real person on the phone and they are always nice and helpful! They have been our management company for 8 years and the service has always been great. The value in their service is clear when you walk our community and see how beautiful everything always looks. Our manager really takes pride in her work and keeping our community looking great at all times.

I live in a condominium community managed by MMI. I recently had a plumbing leak in my home that turned out to be an association pipe. The after hours staff responded to my call within a minute and plumbers were out to address the leak extremely fast. The next morning the staff helped explain the next steps and helped me through the whole process. I am thankful to live in an HOA where there is help to remedy these situations vs having to figure it out on my own. I did have to fix some of the damage on the inside of my unit because it was not covered by the HOA, but management helped me through that process as well. I am sad it happened but thankful to have such responsive, empathetic management.

In working with MMI over the past several years I have found them to be responsive, professional and very detail oriented. Its not often you come across a company that is so knowledgeable and delivers such high levels of service. If youre an HOA, I highly recommend working with MMI..

Terrible HOA management! You will be lucky to get in touch with anyone when you call, and if you do they are no help. They keep billing me for something that has been paid for months.

Fantastic company, customer service and experience. It is not easy to manage communities. I appreciate that MMI goes to the furthest extent possible to have professional customer service and make HOA life the best possible, while being aware that all of the owners contribute to the HOA budget and therefore the importance of keeping to the areas of which the association is responsible. I have only prompt, complete and friendly experiences with this company.

If you are a homeowner of Verano, one of the complexes managed by MMI, youll more than likely go through hell with them when your property is damaged due to the fault of the HOA. They try their best to dodge their responsibilities. They do minimum work, just want to close the case ASAP. Even with solid evidence of damage they still deny the responsibility and claim its not impacted. their vendor selection processes also lack of transparency.

This HOA company is forcing us to spend $2000 on windows for our condos. Definitely not a neccessity but just a way for this stupid company to make more money and bully all the residents.
