Diana Hernandez Recruiter doesnt respond to messages when needed of her assistance!! Not professional and In fact the day of my payday I didnt get my funds I called her and she simply said she was gonna look at my situation but I cant get responses text messages of any updates or neither will she answer my phone calls!! Do no trust eastridge anymore such a bad experience

Ive never came across anyone that I appreciated so much, that I just had to share my experience with the world. Not that long ago, my friend referred me to Valerie B. at Eastridge Workforce Solutions because I was so frustrated with other employment agencies inability to see me as a human being and not just another number they can add to their paycheck. She made me feel like she really cares about me. She was very thorough and so professional. If I am lucky, I hope I find an employer who has all her traits. I met with Valerie in the Carlsbad office. After the interview she had me email her my resume. Less than an hour later I had an interview scheduled the next day with an aerospace company. She called me as I was walking to my car from the interview and said they offered me the job and to come sign the papers at her office. 4 day later I started. It was a great resource for me getting back in the job market. Diana at the front helped me with my pay check questions and direct deposit. 2 thumbs up!!!!

My friend told me to interview with Valerie at Eastridge. So I met with her, nervous to work with an agency. Valerie from the jump told me the positions are temp-to-hire. So I was cool with that. After meeting with one of her clients I started working about a week later and I can see myself working with this company for a long time and getting hired on. Just in time for the holidays.

This place is horrible at communication, if you dont meet the job criteria you should be told that and not left waiting for a week with no response from your recruiter. People are asking you for help to find them an employer to get back in their feet, the least you can do is contact them as soon as you can to let them know they didnt get the job.

Terrible agency, would give them no stars if I could. I have worked through them twice. It takes them forever to place you somewhere and if you get stuck somewhere you dont like or dont feel comfortable working they basically tell you just suck it up... I went from being paid 13 - 14$ an hour to a job they placed me at that was only paying 10$ an hour. They also ended up terminating me from a job just for missing a day. One day! Sick of this agency. Dont waste your time. I recommend Randstad instead, much better company.

Maybe about a month ago I went into there office I had an appointment with Jessica I did as instructed did everything I had to do on the computer just to end up having to wait a whole hour and do more things on there tablet because internet was down, just to sit down and speak with her for 5 min and get asked questions that where already on my resume. I emailed her a couple days later till this day NO CALL, NO EMAIL. Very unprofessional!! Don’t waste your time. They’re no help at all ...

I applied for a position last week. Agreed to meet at 2pm. Arrived at 1:45pm, filled out their paperwork. Sat in the front room and waited for 40 minutes and listened to the recruiters in the side office talk about all the cool apps they recently downloaded. Walked out without a job in utter frustration. Whats the point of scheduling a time if theyre just going to make you wait? Best of luck to you.
