Good person was careful with my vehicle

We broke down traveling through New Mexico in the middle or nowhere near Carlsbad New Mexico. Called B and B towing to get towed into town to a mechanic shop that was open on Sunday. Explained my situation clearly and even sent via text where pick up and drop off was going to be. The guy on the phone said itd be about 30 mins or so. 30 mins later another guy calls that he was just dispatched to pick us up. He wasnt clear on where to pick us up (it wasnt confusing) and had the wrong drop off location. Sent him texts of where we were stranded and where we needed to get dropped off at. He said hed be there in 20 mins. One hour and 20 minutes later I call him to follow up. He apologized and said he needed to refuel but that he was basically there he would be there in 5 mins. 30 minutes later...he calls that he broke down and wasnt going to make it. Then he says he dispatched another tow truck but to give the other guy about 30 minutes or so since we are about 30 miles out. We werent even 30 miles out. We were literally 15 mins away from their location. Which makes me think he never even tried to come get us. I said fine to the other tow truck supposedly already in route. Over an hour later the other tow calls that they arrived and dont see us. By then we had already been picked up by another professional, courteous, and responsive tow truck company, dropped off at the mechanic shop, and had our truck starting repairs by the time they showed up.

All I have to say is John is amazing. Out in this oil boom it’s hard to find good people let alone a stranger that doesn’t know you from Adam. Good rates and good people. If anyone needs a tow truck in SE NM or west Texas I HIGHLY recommend B&B Towing. These guys know what they’re doing and know how to take care of a customer. I would give these guys 10 stars if I could! Thanks for the help!!!

This place was not at all what i had expected!! Im usually not a judgmental peraon but this buisness was out of hand. I do not recommend them at all!!
