After getting the run-around at Kearny Mesa Subaru about an infotainment issue with my car, Tanner at Carlsbad Subaru was able to immediately recognize what the problem was with my car. Tanner offered a courtesy car and advised me about recalls for my Subaru. They also washed my car while it was in for service. Excellent service and would highly recommend Carlsbad Subaru over Kearny Mesa Subaru.

Walk in, no appointment at about opening on a Monday; and was taken care of well before lunch. Friendly, fast and reliable service. Not to mention seeing Subarus love for dogs event on property not just in ads was refreshing. Just about every Subaru owner brought their dog with, while every Subaru employee made sure to greet every customer (paws or people) with a smile and a hand shake. I would recommend this service shop for anyone looking for reliable, quality service with stellar customer service.

My Subaru had 3 active recalls, 2 of which were safety related, so I called Bob Baker Subaru Service Center to bring my car in to have them fixed. They told me they didnt have the parts and would call me when they did. I waited 3 weeks without receiving a call. I had to call in again only to find out that they indeed did have the parts and couldnt give me a reason why they didnt call me when they had arrived. Usually I wouldnt make a stink but 2 of the recalls increase the risk of a crash and Ive been driving my family around in the car.

I while ago I got a letter saying there was a recall so I went to Bob Baker Subaru to get it fixed. They said they didnt have the parts to fix it and that they would call me when I can get the recall fixed. A few weeks go by and I dont hear anything so I go to Bob Baker Subaru again and they act like they always had the parts. Once the vehicle is serviced and I get my car back everything is changed on the car, my seat height, position, rear view mirror, side mirrors, radio station, and they even ripped out my dash camera. Honestly if they told me they didnt want me to have a camera in the car I would have removed it but they didnt tell me anything. Instead they just ripped it out possibly causing damage to my car.
