I had a water leak in my kitchen & garage!Janelle Dickens is my sales agent.!She has worked tirelessly to help me resolve issues with the Claims agent.I was issued a check for an amount that would not cover the repairs needed!The stress has been enormous!The leak happened in May!Hopefully all issues were resolved yesterday!All-State will be issuing additional funds so the repairs can finally be completed!

Its such a pleasure to work with someone that is so professional, knowledgeable about the business, always available when I need her and looks after my best interest. Its comforting to know I can call on her at any time and she will help me with any issue I might have.Aside from being so responsive, one of her best qualities as an agent is that she is always so patient in explaining the insurance practices, especially when I dont quite understand them.

Incompetent, and no accountability. If you like getting pulled over constantly then go with these guys. The police will never be able to see your insurance and assume you have none. Then when you tell them about it they will blame the DMV and the state.They will tell you to check your VIN on your registration and with the DMV and state but when it all matches up they will say the problem is not them. But when you switch insurances the problem will magically correct itself. No apologies from them and they didnt even want to write a letter to the court explaining their error and inconveniences to me. No accountability.Stay away from these guys! I told you I would litter the internet with unfavorable reviews if you would not fix these issues!

When I had a problem with my DMV record the staff at Hazelrigg agency directed me to investigate it and not give up. I called DMV and was able to gain understanding of how the California DMV works and the agent then was able to bring my cost for insurance into a range I could handle.
