I can’t say enough good things about this place! Every time I’ve used them to fix a vehicle they’ve done expert work!Last visit the other day, after hitting a piece of wood on the freeway, I reluctantly went to this place figuring I’d pay thousands.Customer service guy Joe came out to look at my car. He made few suggestions, got a rag w thinner and one w rubbing compound. In minutes he was able to remove the black scratches and make my car look great again!

I have brought my car two times to Caliber and both times have been great. Very pleased and satisfied with the work that has gotten fixed on my car. Ruth who works the front desk is amazing at all she does and a sweetheart. Luis has helped me both times with my car and has gone above and beyond in his customer service. We were in a collision where we were rear ended. Joe was incredibly helpful, called us several times to update us. On the day of pick up, I woke up late, rolled out of bed and missed coffee. The girls at the front desk made me a cup, and Joe helped me move the car seats over. Exceptional customer service!

I had doubt when bringing my car in for service at Caliber Collision (Carlsbad location) since its wasnt used by my insurance but the at-fault partys insurance. However, I was impressed and glad that I had my car fixed at Caliber Collision. Their front office was always courteous and helpful, clean bathrooms. The workmanship exceeded my expectation. On top of that, Mr. Luis delayed his lunch time to take my case, he gave me details on how to get my car fixed and verified that it was fully covered by the other insurance. It was a busy Friday, he stayed and waited to return my car promptly as promised. I strongly recommend this service to anyone who needs it.

My insurance company uses them has a preferred auto body shop. The quality of workmanship was above average. The repair people are true craftsmen. Raul the service advisor was on top of the repair process with calls and texts. Also did research on other shops but Caliber was the best.

Above and Beyond Performance!!! These guys are awesome!!!I got in an accident in my Lexus NX 200 which was on a lease that was less than a month away from its term date. This was my first time dealing with an accident that involved my insurance.Nate and his team did an incredible job of walking me step by step through the process to make sure I had all the information and reassured me every step of the way. Nate was diligent in keeping me updated on the progress with text messages. Oh, and I forgot to mention this all happened in November of 2019 so right before the holidays. Nate was able to make the repairs in a timely fashion and even got it done ahead of schedule!!!! I think this is a true five star quality facility because they went above and beyond in meeting my needs of getting my car ready prior to having to turn in my keys on my lease which helped avoid late fees and so on.The photos might be hard to see but it was front right corner damage that impacted several panels so it was a lot of work! I dont have any pictures from after but it literally looked good as new!!Keep up the good work!

I went to get my car repaired after I was in an accident. They kept me updated on everything and had my car done sooner! They left my car like brand new and overall had amazing customer service. They definitely go above and beyond for their customers and make sure they are satisfied.

I have used caliber many different times for my cars and have always had good experiences. After being rear ended last month, my car took almost 2 weeks to repair and Luis kept me updated every step of the way. He was so kind and easy to work with! Worst service and customer service. We had and issue which was completed. The car was returned but due to lazy faulty workmanship (I was told the technician was called in to the office to be spoken to) the car had parts fall apart on the freeway with my wife and daughter driving in the car. We brought it back to have them repair their faulty work and they got it back to us OVER a week later. One reason was couldnt get parts, out of their control. Once they had parts, couldnt get a technician to work on my car after THEY screwed it up. They did not communicate with me, I constantly had to call them. Terrible customer service...RUN!

Id been to this Caliber many years ago and they were excellent.Yesterday I went in to have them check what were either snow plow or snow shovel chips out of the front bumper paint, down to the plastic. Fortunately my car is gray so it doesnt stand out as much as it could, although I was very bummed out when I saw what had happened, but I was concerned that if left alone it could hurt my cars body or the rest of the paint.Louis came out to take a look at it for me, and after looking, then feeling around and under the areas - no dents - he said he wasnt in the business of turning customes away but that with the type and places of the chips it really wasnt necessary to spend $1,000 to fix the bumper, and offered to show me how to use touch up paint to make the areas look more even if I bought the little bottle of paint for about $20 at the dealer and brought it and my car back to Caliber.My first time in years ago brought me back this time, and Louis will bring me in again if I ever need their type of services again. Ill will use them again if I need any more work done to my vehicles.

The customer service at Caliber is spectacular! Yvonne was extremely helpful over the phone and getting me on my time frame. Lindsey went above and beyond to help me out. Instead of writing me an estimate, she offered to have the area buffed first to see if the paint transfer and scratches would come off without a repair! It was perfect, like nothing ever happened! About a month ago, I backed into something and the rear fender and bumper had some mild damage. I brought my car in for an estimate. To my surprise, they fixed it (secured the loose parts) and did not charge me a penny! And it was almost their closing time! I am very impressed.

I had a fender bender on 2/14 and brought my car into Caliber Collision in Poway on the following Monday, 2/17. It was transferred to this Caliber Collision in Carlsbad for the repairs. Miguel an estimator there called me that same day to get my permission to start the work. The work was completed by the following Monday and they did a really great job. Miguel was very nice and I was really impressed that he called me multiple times during the week to update me with the progress on the repairs. That was really nice because with many business dealings a person doesn’t have someone looking out for them like that, a person often has to do the prodding themselves to move things along. Miguel and the woman who helped me with the paperwork were super nice and thoughtful. They also took care of getting the rental car I had used back to Hertz. Thank you both for making the whole process so smooth and easy. Also please thank the person who did the work as my car looks great. Based on the Job# in the paperwork, his name might possibly be Keith. If the need ever arises again, I definitely would take my car there for the repairs.

Fantastic. Got my car driver door fixed when a guy backed up into my car. They fixed it and it looks like it never happened. Its perfect. The gaps are all even. The door closes perfect. The paint is dead on perfect. Also they got it done a day early. I am more then a happy customer. This is my only recommendation if you need repairs. I uploaded pictures of my Ford Fiesta before and after damage and repair. You can see for yourself the gaps are perfect, the paint is spot on perfect. All around is perfectP.S. The guy with the Volvo V70. Look up where your car is made at. Its manufactured in Thailand so expect to wait for your door overseas for one. Also, dude its a Volvo V70. Should of scrapped that thing in the first place.

Have had my car fixed twice here. Prices are a little high but competitive. Services is good. The quality of the last repair they did was satisfactory at best. I can still see where they pulled the dent and repainted. My door rattles and they couldnt figure out why. I didnt have the energy or time to make them do it over which they offered to do but if they couldnt get it right the first time... Neither accident was my fault just not worth my time to deal with this BS.

I had to take my car in twice almost back to back after two accidents, Julian was awesome! He explained everything that was going to be done and kept me updated through out the process and both jobs were completed sooner than expected. Hopefully I dont need to go back but if I am in need of body work I will be going here!

I brought my car here less than year ago to get some body work done. Fast-forward and everything is coming apart. On closer inspection, I discovered that it was a poorly done job. Missing brackets etc. I have tried to reach out numerous times over the months and heard crickets.

Outstanding experience! Today, a plastic cover under engine started touching the ground with load noise and then I saw this body shop sign. I asked if they could fix it and the lady in front office noticed that it is unsafe driving like that and was kind enough to ask a technician to look at it. They took care of it in a very short time when they found out that I had a doctor appointment and was going to be late. In the past, I didnt have good experience with other body shops, but they fixed it well and in no time. I encountered very caring 3 people at Caliber Collision. Thank you very much!

He calmly shoved a mis-aligned panel back into place, whereas he could have spun us a story about hidden problems under the skin etc. Great to know theres some honesty left in the auto repair busines! Caliber just secured our future support (which I hope we dont have to give too often lol).

We had the worst experience with Caliber Collision. They gave us an estimate for one price, then took the vehicle apart and said it would be another $1,000 on top of the original estimate. They had terrible communication and were extremely difficult to work with. They sat on the vehicle for 2 weeks before even communicating or looking at the vehicle. Save yourself the time, headache and expense. Go ANYWHERE else!

By far the most unprofessional place Ive ever had to deal with. Lack of communication and very slow service. Vehicle was dropped off Dec. 22nd and wasnt advised until Feb. 5th at 6pm that my car was ready for pick up but they are closing in a few minutes and I live an hour away. Dec. 22nd-Feb.5th for a rear bumper and fake, made up repairs a long the way. Shady business, lack of communication, slow service and horrible staff.
