Dawn made the process of transitioning out of my father-in-laws house easy and hassle free. During my first call, Dawn explained the process and fees. I needed a quick turnaround on the home and she was able to schedule it within my requested timeline. She sent photos along the way and within days, the home was empty and clean. We were able to close escrow the following week. I cant tell you what a relief it was to have this process handled effectively and efficiently. Dawn and her helpers put ease of mind into my familys struggle of figuring out how we were going to move my father-in-laws items out of his home as he transitioned into a memory care facility. Such an amazing service! Dawn was able to help make the daunting task of packing everything up, moving, unpacking and selling the left over items from my parents house as seamless as possible. Doing this by myself while I planned my mothers funeral and moved my father into a senior living community would have left me completely drained and been far too emotionally and physically difficult. I am forever grateful for the service that Dawn and her team provided. They handled the whole situation with so much care & integrity. I would recommend this company to anyone needing help with any aspect of a move, relocation, de-clutter, or estate sale.

Unprofessional, unethical, unbelievably disappointing...where should I begin? Dawn and her team put forth the minimum effort in sales, and do not do half of what they initially promise in sales. They were disorganized in their communications, evasive of my questions while we were dropping things off, and made a difficult time even worse. Her rates are extremely high (40% plus fees) and her team failed to list several items, and bundled others up in ways that not only made little sense, but resulted it extremely low sales. What happened to us borders on fraud, and if youre thinking of doing an estate or downsizing sale with CT, all I can say is run in the other direction.EDIT: despite owner responses, as the comanager of this estate I absolutely was a direct client. Additionally, we reached out multiple times with minimal responses, and never received the phone contact she claimed. Please, if you value your peace of mind and while downsizing or running an estate AVOID this company.

These folks were life savers for us. My mom recently passed away in California and my brother & I both live a ways away. Once I recovered from the initial shock of losing her, I looked at all the things that she had collected over the years and was frankly a little overwhelmed by it all. I didnt want to toss all the things that she cherished so, but I only had so much time to be down there going through it all, and we had to be out of her 2br unit in 30 days. Honestly, what Dawn presented sounded too good to be true, and with the auction format I felt at least some of my Moms nice collectibles would be going to folks that appreciated them.Also Mom lived in a gated community that does not allow open to the public sales, so anything other than the online auction approach would have meant that everything would have been moved elsewhere to be sold.Not only did CT put together and run the auction for the items, they cleaned up the unit when they were done, and turned the key over to management on time - as promised. I was a little skeptical that it would all work out in the timeline they had given us, but it did, and we couldnt be happier.If you are faced with a similar situation, I would highly recommend that you contact this group. Im not sure what wed have done without them.
