I called to make an appointment as a new patient and the receptionist hung up on me 5 seconds into the call. I tried calling back and she continued to hang up. What a joke

The hygienists are wonderful. They treat my daughters (6&8yrs old) so kind. My daughters both needed filings and I was very nervous but Dr. Noll and his assistant were wonderful. My girls didnt even tighten up their muscles because it was virtually painless. Highly recommend.

The entire staff at Noll Family practice were incredibly easy to work with. My 2 year old had an appointment this morning and they allowed her to be curious and take her time.I’m now looking forward to my upcoming appointment!

My experience at Noll Family Dentistry was fantastic - actually one of the best experiences with a dentist that I have ever had. The staff was completely prompt and professional, and everyone I had contact with was warm, friendly, and took their time with me. They also worked with me to make sure that the costs of my bonding were clearly calculated up-front. The actual bonding that the team conducted turned out beautifully. Highly recommend!

Start to finish - one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had, and that’s coming from someone who has anxiety about dental visits!! The entire staff were courteous, professional, highly skilled and friendly. If you are looking for a dentist - look no further! My story: I had a filling pop out the day before a long holiday weekend and being new to the area had not started searching out dentists. I searched for highly rated dentists in Carlisle and started calling places to see who could get me in. From the moment the woman answered the phone, I believe her name is Sandy, I knew I was in good hands. She listened to my story, asked follow up questions, gave instructions on what I should do over the weekend and worked me in for Monday afternoon. Going anywhere during a pandemic can be nerve wracking but the precautions and steps Noll Family Dentistry are taking put my mind at ease. They are doing a phenomenal job to protect their staff and patients! Allison was amazing - she listened as I talked about my anxiety about even being in a dental chair, calmed my nerves, reviewed why I was there, talked about their procedures and then x-rayed and photographed the area. Dr. Noll came in and took his time to explain my options in detail. We proceeded with a new filling - the entire procedure was quick, easy, painless and well done! Sometimes an emergency can land you where you need to be.

Amazing work by everyone involved. I haven’t been to the dentist regularly in 2 years and made the switch to Dr. Noll last month. He was very understanding about my concerns. Even the hygienists were as careful as can be but also thorough with their work. Would absolutely recommend Noll Family Dentistry for anyone in need of a dentist.

Normally, I would not write one of these but the hassle of this organization has been a complete nightmare. I started going here in July and I needed some work done. Cleaning was fine. However, when I started the process for 3 crowns is when it all went downhill. On the intake forms they ask what do you hope for or expect in a dentist as I was a new patient. I explicitly said just tell me what it’s going to cost. Clearly I know they can’t be certain on an exact amount but a ball park is typical. I was quoted an amount 3 times 1 in person, 1 in voicemail and one more by the people in the back. I get there the work is performed then the 2 ladies in the front (the one is sort of nice, the other one is a total nightmare) tried to have me sign a form saying I was responsible for an amount that was nearly triple in case insurance didn’t pay. Granted, I asked and was told a price prior and then they wait till after the work is done to get me to sign. The work turns out was NOT done properly and I am now seeing a new dentist to have it taken care of which will be about 800.00 I was quoted as the crown was not set and is now infected in their opinion I couldn’t ever prove it was them but they are the one who put the crown on and later the tooth was infected so you have to wonder .During the procedure they do not pre-numb you just the shot instantly which I found odd and the whole process took forever. Let’s fast forward I was foolish enough to go back for an infected tooth where I had to go back 3 different times for a root canal which is still not finished. The second visit they put meds in that were good for 5 days yet didn’t schedule for me 3 weeks after I made an appointment in the back for 5 days later but once again the charmers at the front desk said nope the people in the back were wrong. They didn’t even call in a prescription to have the infection put at bay, they just scheduled me and were shocked the Novocain didn’t work and had to send me home with a prescription. The root canal once more lasted hours as they could not complete the job.In the back they schedule for appointments and tell you oh you paid for this and your appointment is this date. Then when you go out and deal with the two ladies at the desk who once more are not the kindest tell you nope you didn’t pay and no your appointment is not then. The miscommunication is a complete terror on par with the front desk customer service. In addition, do not have any plans for at least 5 hours you sit in your car for 1, in the back for another then the procedure which is never completed for another 3 (I am sure I will get well during COVID we are… blah blah)The kicker is after I have spent all this money with almost 0 results, they have the audacity to send me a 10 dollar bill for some nonsense. Heavens knows if I really paid for the build up for the root canal one says yes the other says no. I had to get all the bills they charged me for, call my credit card to get a list of payments to them to send to my insurance company who is now doing an investigation as they drained out my insurance and nothing to show for it. More importantly I emailed so I get all my records and send them to the new dentist so he could see the “job” they performed. I am sure someone will read this and say I am sorry we will work better and come back we can help but please do not waste the energy. I take full responsibility for my stupidity of ever letting them do the crowns and root canals I should have known from the ice cold reception from the first visit it was not for me but hey lesson learned. Hopefully if you are new in town or searching for a dentist you read this and do not have to go through what I did.

First let me start by saying being someone not knowledgeable about dentistry and the flow of new patients process, none of the viable information was given to me before my appointment. It would be beneficial when scheduling appointments they made it clear what insurance is accepted prior to my visit and what fees come with comprehensive exams if not covered (obviously they can’t tell me what works needs to be done without exam but the exam fees are set). Would also be viable information (again) to someone who may have not visited dentist often in their life xrays will be taken if not sent over from previous offices that were recently taken. When confirming they should also repeat not just a cleaning (for new patients) but new patient exam with full mouth xrays and cleaning or simply stating exactly what will happen at appointment that cannot be decided later, like full mouth xrays. Secondly, my cleaning was not done efficiently, the hygienist was friendly but she left behind a ton of tartar that I am constantly feeling on the back side of my teeth and can visible see in between my teeth at the bottom. Even if I needed gum treatment a basic cleaning removes tartar and buildup off the tooth surface so why is there tartar still left on my teeth? I had my cleaning almost a month ago today and really tried to be ok and just get another cleaning here soon at a different office but after my girlfriend who is a hygienist seen my teeth she could not believe the hygienist did such a poor job . Said it’s almost like she didn’t pick up a scaler or cavitron. So now I am waiting to see if I can come in for a real cleaning that I paid out of pocket for . Also the lady at front desk wasn’t the nicest. Overall just poor customer service for someone who is having their first experience as an adult going to dentist on my own really . Hygienist was nice but not good at her job. Honestly can’t remember interaction with dentist except I got the teeth extracted that were recommended.

I went back to the dentist for the first time in my adult life today - last visit 6+ years ago at least! I couldnt recommend Nolls Family Dentistry more.I was 20 minutes early, and after a short 5 minute wait they took me right back. Unlike other provider experiences, they didnt leave me sitting alone for 30+ minutes either; immediately they began taking my x-rays, checking my gums, cleaning my teeth, etc. I was told every step what was happening and why. The dentist promptly checked my teeth after the cleaning. The entire staff from the phone call to schedule the appointment to the hygienist to the dentist and back to the check out receptionist were so friendly and helpful! The entire experience left me with nothing left to fear in the dentist chair - which, by the way, is a massage chair! Perfect way to help patients relax!Actually looking forward to my next appointment in 6 months, and putting into practice the suggestions given to me.Many thanks! Im so relieved to have a good dentist now!

I have avoided the dentist at all cost due to my petty fear. My first appointment was here at Noll. At first I was skeptical and nervous. I had an extraction done a couple months back. Prior to the procedure, my blood pressure was through the roof due to my anxiety and they were very very patient with me. It also helped the dentists assistant was one of my best friends but not as much as youd think. When I was finally ready for Dr. Noll, he got that tooth out with a finesse I cannot explain. Ive had 5 extractions. Words cannot explain how smooth it went and how nice everyone was. This is the only dentist I will ever go.

The staff is so friendly! They are prompt, clean, professional, and on time. Dr. Noll really took the time to listen to my concerns and worked with me with my limitations. I did not feel rushed or pushed to do anything. I feel he truly cares about his patients. I referred my family to his office and they all will return to his office for future care as well. Thanks for the awesome visit, you guys make dentist visits a piece of cake!

Ive been very happy with the level of service Ive received in Dr. Nolls practice. I have to give extra kudos to Lauren, one of the hygienists there. I have hyper sensitivity and fear of dentistry, and she has been extremely gentle with me and will hand scale instead of the sonic jet blast of cold water that most use these days. She always remembers details about my treatment and my life and is just very warm and a great representative for the practice. Dr. Noll is also very nice and doesnt participate in the fear-mongering upselling that I have experienced with other practices in the area. I have always been seen promptly and on schedule, which I appreciate. My only minor complaint is that, as of yet, they arent hooked up for gas in their new offices, but hopefully that will change! :)
