This is the best place to do taxes in Central PA. Much better service than J&H or H&R Block at fraction of their price. You just have to meke sure to schedule your appointment ahead, because they are extremely busy.

My wife and I turned in our taxes to this place in early February, and they told us that we could expect to get our paperwork back in 4-6 weeks. At the six week margin we contacted them and asked about the status of our taxes. They told us that they had not started them yet, but that we could expect them to be done the following week. When we called back seven days later, they told us the same thing: We will have them finished in a week. It was then Sunday, April 12th, when they called us and said that they needed one additional piece of information, because they had just begun preparing them that day. My wife immediately drove the document over. Then on Wednesday, April 15th, the last day to file for taxes, they called me at 5:30p.m. and said that they called me earlier and left a voicemail. There was no missed call or a voicemail on either of our phones. The man said that the office was closing at 6, and asked if I was able to come in and pick up the documents. I made it in on time, but the office that the paperwork needed to be turned into was closed, which made our filing late.Overall, Luann had two months to get this done, or at least let us know that she did not have time to get it done until the day they were due. They do not do what they claim that they do, and, therefore, undermine their entire purpose.-Johnny and Kayla

The hours on Google are not correct! I went to the office at 6:15pm, after checking their open hours on Google, which said they are open on Monday until 9pm. They are only open on Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 9am until 4pm. The cost was about $20 PER paper when I got my taxes done with them.
