Our 1 yr Sony LCD died. Sony recommended CE and I scheduled service. Fantastic experience. Took time to trace the issue, remove necessary boards and repaired. Highly recommend based on my experience. Hard to come by individuals that know what they’re doing. Thank you

Had unique issue that was able to be fixed.. great service and expertise..

Bad attitude. Expressed I would normally do my repair myself but cant due to having toddlers and that I already confirmed the work that needs done.. the only concern being I have toddlers that get in to everything he got very defensive and said if Im price shopping him he wont get into that.. finally he quickly quoted a price which I wont mention to protect his fear of price shopping...we ended the call... the price was not unreasonable.. but the attitude was.. Ill stop elsewhere or do it myself afterall..In fairness he did say he doesnt get a lot of TCL roku tvs..Im disappointed..

This place is a hidden gem. We couldnt find replacement record player needles anywhere but here around Carlisle, and his prices are very good compared to online!
