This is a great place for the individual (or couple) who wants a relaxed but encouraging gym to lose fat, tone up muscles, improve health, or start weight lifting. They cater more to females but a male certainly does not need to feel out of place unless you really need a heavy routine. You may have a hard time finding 300 pounds to throw on each barbell. They offer private, paired, and group classes. There are aerobic class options in a back room, too.
