I couldn’t give enough stars. The staff are caring and professional each visit. I’ve been a consistent patient of Betsy and Sandy for a few years now and anytime I need anything they are there!

I couldnt be more satisfied with Anne and Sandy. I have been a patient of Anne Leedy for the past 28 years. She has helped me through my many problems and ailments with the kindest, purest, professionalism and grace. She has never let me down. Always just a phone call away and not once have I been disappointed. I moved to Arizona and she still continued to be at my aid whenever needed. I had an evaluation done by Sandy and it was thorough and put my mind at ease. These two are top notch. I wouldnt seek counsel anywhere else.

Grateful, Ive stumbled across Leedy/Abby counseling team awhile back and stuck with them ever since. In the 52 years of life and being from the West coast landing to the East, Ive met a good handful of therapist. So I can say spending the last 13 years with Leedy/Abbey means Ive found the best, on target, follow through, compassionate, counseling service that makes me accountable and the best functioning Me! Selfishly, I would keep them to myself... but they also taught me how to let go and share along the way😊

Anne Leddy is an amazing counselor! I have had anxiety all of my life and Anne is my 3rd counselor. I didnt leave the other practices because they were bad, they were very good. I left because of insurance coverage. With my anxiety I tend to snowball things as it starts out little, and then builds, and builds. And then I have built it up so much in my head. Anne calms me back down to earth and says lets step back and look at what the real problem is. Helps me to refocus, not snowball it, and readjust.

I recommend Anne and Sandy whole heartedly. Wether you need counseling or medication management, young or old they are professional, reliable and kind.

Sandy is a wonderful caring woman who truly cares about the mental health and well-being. I have never had a problem, in my 5 years going their, with any unprofessional people. Both Kim and Sandy have been nothing but kind to me. Also be on time. Its literally a respect thing.

Zero stars would be more fitting. I took a half day off of work to go to a 3 oclock appointment . I was delayed due to a traffic accident so I called 10 minutes before my appointment and left a message that I would be a little late but was on my way. When I arrived at 3:10 I was told by a very rude woman that I could not be seen and that I wasted her time she said I should have called. I told her I called and left a message but she insisted I didnt. Later she checked her messages and found out I had. That made no difference to her. She kept telling me I should have left earlier to arrive on time, I guess she thought I was physic and knew I was going to be delayed by a traffic accident. Bottom line is this rude woman would cause people to need more counseling instead of helping them. STAY AWAY !

It is unfortunate that I cannot give these AWFUL women ZERO STARS because they are not worthy of ONE .. my college student daughter made an appointment because she was in the midst of a mental health crisis - as with many college students, particularly those with anxiety, she found herself running a little late for her initial appointment - she was scheduled for 2pm and arrived at 2:10 ... she called the office at 1:45pm to inform them that she was running behind - she was told to come in ... when she arrived, an extremely NASTY & UNCARING/UNPROFESSIONAL staff person told her that (1) she could not be seen and (2) they would not reschedule her ... EVER -- she called me sobbing from the parking lot - I called the office myself & spoke with an UNCARING / UNPROFESSIONAL woman who did NOT CARE about my daughter or her need for mental health services .. she would only reiterate that it is their office POLICY not to reschedule a patient if they are late .... I have NEVER EVER heard of a facility which claims to offer mental health services for people in NEED having a total lack of regard for a patient ... I would NOT RECOMMEND this office to my worst enemy ... and I will devote myself to ensuring they receive negative reviews on EVERY site I can find, as well as posting their LACK of PROFESSIONALISM on Facebook, Twitter, and other forms of social media ... furthermore,I will be filinga complaint with the entity responsible for their professional licensing. Lastly, when I explained to the woman I spoke with that I would be writing a negative review, her response was : DO WHAT YOU HAVE TO DO .... isnt that nice?
