This is an update to my initial review. I brought the computer in for repair. The computer was new and had not been used. The issue was no video input. I was informed I would receive a call to discuss steps before deciding how to proceed. I received a call indicating computer ready and to pick up anytime. I went there learned what was done and came home. The computer was still not working. The monitor would not display. I checked my old computer to make sure it wasn’t the cables and the computer displayed. I initially left a very disappointing review.Kirby acted in a professional manner, called and texted and wanted to make things right. He also provided a full refund. As the computer is a gift and it was already having these issues the computer was returned for a refund. As I stated I would provide an updated review once I received the refund. I see it has processed. I am therefore changing the rating to 4 stars. I appreciate the professional nature of wanting to get to it. I can’t give it 5 as I was initially told of one plan and then it resulted in another plan and I was told the computer was fixed and it was not. However I do hope that Kirbtech continues to provide good service for the surrounding area and I wish the company well!

I spent countless hours over the course of two days trying to figure out an email issue. I contacted Kirby at Kirbtech and he put me in touch with one of the help desk representatives. Within less than 5 minutes from the time I dialed their number, the issue was corrected. Way to go Jaylin! You are amazing!

Very proficient, efficient and professional - Great computer knowledge

Ive been working with Kirbtech over the last year on our phone and computer systems in my office and they have provided high quality and prompt service in everything we have asked of them. Their staff is courteous and very knowledgeable and it has been a pleasure doing business with them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for phone systems and computer equipment and setup.

My laptop of 4 years was running very hot and the fan started running rapidly and loudly. After a quick call with Kirbtech I was able to drop it off and they called me back that day to indicate exactly what the problem was and when theyd be able to fix it. I was very impressed that the total cost ended up being less than expected and their quality of work is exceptional. My laptop sounds and runs like its fresh out of the box. I highly recommend calling them for any repair needs!

I recently had Kirbtech upgrade my business router. They asked what time would be best for us knowing that during business hours having the internet go down would be a big loss. We scheduled for closing time @5 pm. The techician Taylor Kirkpatrick was on site promptly and was super helpful and cheerful even though it was after business hours. He even helped setup a printer I was having an issue with before he left. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this company! The girls that answer phone and manage office or kind professional knowledgeable and helpful. The tech staff is amazing! I was in a panic because I needed to figure out computer issues for my son to start school. Several staff tried to help thinking it might be easy fix . Ultimately I ended up having to get some repair work done . They where very busy and quoted me a time and price . The job was done the very next day and for less then they said it might be . The guy working on it answered all my questions (many and probably silly ) . I had to call the schools tech department to handle some things specifically done only by them and during the course of it they mentioned whomever worked on it did a great job . It was definitely a desperate time for me and instead of ripping me off and taking advantage of the situation they went above and beyond for a fraction of what I assumed I’d pay . I would definitely recommend them and trust them for future needs .

Cant say enough good things about the quality of service, people, and prices. I was a bit concerned they would be more focused on enterprise scale services. But they were really great and assisting me with a project on a personal consumer laptop.

A great place to go if you have any computer problems, they help you in anyway they can, and they are truthful about it. They also have the ability to recycle the laptop if needed. I enjoyed going there.
