Worst construction for a residential community initiative build I’ve seen in over 20 years of service. Homes are way too small for LTC/COL families and only look nice from the outside. No fenced yard, not allowed to have trampolines, and zero storage. Would have changed our decision if we would have known and lived off post in a beautiful local PA home. Customer service with Baulfor Betty is fine as they can’t do anything about the quality of these homes. Full BAH off post would get you a massive, well constructed home.

-Housing selection process is not transparent, keeps prospective residents in the dark-It seems they offer to permanent party or long term residents least desirable housing in order to increase favorable housing inventory.-Staff assignment of housing is confusing, after talking with neighbors discovered disparity, assigned equal pay grade family with one child to single 4 bedroom house while offering a 3 bedroom duplex for 3 children family.-More advantageous to take BAH and go off post

They never have information readily available and ask to call you back. However, after repeated promises to call you back, they never do. A very disorganized operation and often not very helpful.

We were told that there would be a 4 bedroom house available when we arrived from GA...We did not get a house until a month later and its a 3 bedroom..

This is a housing area only for eligible tennants. The houses are rather small for the price. The pictures shows one of the AWC student duplexes.

Nice housing for military personnel.
