Great Kennel. The first time I have ever had to use a kennel. My dog was in great mood when we picked him up.

ABSOLUTELY, SUPER PLEASED with this place! They last minute were able to keep our Akita, Mandy, for the first time while we went out of town for a family funeral. Mandy has never been exposed to playing with other dogs. They introduced her to friends and we found out she can make them after all. Was so happy that they sent me photos of her and videos. It made my day. She will definitely be back. You can tell this group really cares about your pets and that they are in good hands.

The Animal Inn is the best kennel we have used by far . They are always friendly and know our dogs by names when we call for an update on there wellbeing while being boarded .We have an older dog and they made sure he had plenty of padding to lay comfortably . They were even given a bath while in there care . I could go on about how much we love the care our dogs received. Thank you so much for making their stay comfortable.

Besides being a generally great place to leave your pet, the staff also takes COVID-19 restrictions to heart. A mask is required to enter the building and all staff are masked, too.

I took my puppy here for his 1st Grooming and it turned out wonderful. I was nervous about dropping him off but the staff was super friendly and informative. We will definately bring him back in the future!

On recommendations from several friends, I decided to give Animal Inn a try for grooming services. I dropped them off at 7:45 AM and they were done by lunch.To say I was impressed would be a HUGE understatement. The quality, the price, the service, the convenience, I cannot say enough about how happy I am with this first trip. We groom our dogs at home with regular baths and frequent brushing but when its time for the full service nail trim, coat trim, shampoo / conditioner, and ear cleaning, this will be the place for me from now on.The dogs looked amazing and they knew it. When I got them home they were prancing all over the yard- smelling and feeling great! :)Of course, the prices will vary depending on the labor involved. One of our pups is a Great Pyrenees and they can have a lot of undercoat to brush out. But even at the highest price it could be, what you get in return is 100 percent worth it! I know expense is all relative, but for me, I was shocked how reasonable (low) my bill was.For those that work full time like I do- they were excellent at accommodating my schedule. I was able to drop them off well before their appointment time, and they held them until I was able to get away for lunch to pick them up. Worry free from start to finish.5 stars for Animal Inn!

I have taken my dogs here several times, but have never been so shocked at the unprofessional and discourteous and outright negligent service I received this time. After spending almost a week in the kennel, they returned home incredibly sick with diarrhea for two days. After calling the kennel many times, I was finally told that they had run out of food and were given generic dry food for two days. Not only was their food pre-measured prior to dropping them at the kennel, I provided three extra days of food in the event the measuring wasnt exact. At no time during their stay at the kennel was I called, nor was the emergency contact on file called, to alert anyone to the lack of food. I was also not informed when I picked them up. Instead, when I was finally told on the phone, I was simply informed that maybe next time I should do a better job of measuring and my concerns were dismissed with a very curt ok by their staff. If this generic food had continued to be fed to my dogs, I cant imagine the physical and emotional distress they would have been under, not to mention the outrageous vet bill to help them recover. I will never take my dogs here again, nor can I recommend any animal owner who values their dogs safety, customer service and general common courtesy do so. My dogs could have died from this negligence.

I boarded my two dogs here over the weekend and the kennel staff did an excellent job! There was a little accident that happened (absolutely NO fault of The Animal Inn) and they were extremely responsive and communicated everything to me quickly. I feel very very confident that my dogs were in the best hands, and I will gladly use them in the future when I go away thanks to how well they cared for my boys.

Everyone who works there is wonderful with the dogs. The entire place is kept clean. It is a great place for dogs whether for boarding, daycare, or grooming!

Fast quality service

They did the best job grooming my service animal. We definitely will return. Sad but true, the Animal Inn out grew their location so availability is limited. They earn their success!

Had our 13 year old Lab groomed and her nails trimmed. Good price and quick and easy drop off and pick up.

We took our rescue Blue here after just getting him. He was very matted and needed a wash and trim. When we picked up Blue he looked like a brand new dog. I couldnt be more pleased.

Great staff who take great care of our crazy cattle dog. Economically priced, and great for tiring out our dog twice a week. 😁 He also goes there for boarding, and seems much more relaxed there than at other places.

The owner is awesome and takes awesome care of your fur babies. They did a beautiful job on grooming our babygirl. Will definitely take get back!

Our dogs stayed here for 6 days while we traveled. Staff was sweet, facility was clean and well managed.However the icing was the grooming. Our Westie is 13 and has had been groomed multiple times a year since puppyhood.This was his best groom ever. No one has done his ears that well before, if at all. I just had to call out the talent, whoever that was truly knows the cut. Thank you for putting a smile on our faces when we got home! He was so handsome :)

We take our German Shepherd for day care, boarding, and grooming. Wonderful group of people that really care for our girl. Just wish there were pictures with everyones name so we knew who was who.

Normally Im not one to rate However when you find such exceptional business I think it only right you let them know you appreciate not only the great services they provide but by far the best staff of most businesses in the area. The staff at Animal Inn not only do their jobs but truly care about the job that they do and they appreciate the customers, (animals they care for) and there owners who bring them. You can rest assured that if you have to part from your best friend and you let them in the care of animal inn they are not just fed walked and have a warm place to .sleep they will be truly cared for by compassionate, caring, attentive staff who are engaged and love taking care of your pet as if they were there own. Great place too leave your dog he loves it there

My dog absolutely loves this place! Margo and her staff really love dogs, and it shows. When I drop my goldendoodle off in the morning, he runs over to the door where they let them out to play - he gets so excited! When I bring him home hes totally exhausted! Stephanie does a great job grooming too. I highly recommend this place!

I really hate giving businesses 1 star but I am seriously so upset with this place it is unreal. I took my puppy there 2 times to get groomed. The first time it wasnt done too bad so I decided to take him I think it was 10 weeks after. When I picked him up his fur was poorly cut and his nails were not trimmed so I decided to take him to a different groomer. When I picked him up from the other groomer I come to find out the fur in between his paw pads had never been cut and were so matted it was a nightmare to get out. His dewclaw nails were never trimmed and was almost to the point that is was embedded into his skin. Also he was traumatized by the sound of clippers that he was trying to dive off the table and was freaking out. I paid this company for services to groom my dog and instead I got a traumatized dog that had jacked up paws and claws that were never even touched both times he was taken to be groomed by them. I am sick to my stomach and feel so much guilt for taking my dog to this establishment.

Our Newfoundland, Willow loves this place. I would recommend the Animal Inn to everyone.
