Classic heading home after work and locked myself out of my car when I stopped in the store for a quick pick up. Called these guys and had my vehicle unlocked in 30 minutes. Fair price and quick service highly recommend.

These guys saved my bacon. I called 2 other places quoting $117-185 for a vehicle lockout and i KNEW that it was ridiculous to charge that. I call these guys and they dont play around. $35 for a vehicle lockout is the price i’ve come to expect and appreciate. They were here in 10 minutes or less and i had my car unlocked and keys in my hand no more than 30 seconds after they arrived. Super cool guys. Keep it up!!

They charged me a $100 to tow my toolboxes from Cambria to energy highway robbery. Never going to use them again. Was never told how much it would be for tow either or I wouldnt have accepted the tow.

I was locked out of my car. The driver was a true gentleman. He unlocked my car and then when the keys werent on the car, he helped me look for the keys. They would later be found in the store I had been inside. He was very helpful. The price of the service was very reasonable. I highly recommend this service.

Was locked out of my car while staying at a friends place and they helped me out. Within 30 mins had a tow driver their to help me pop my car door and grab my keys. Plus they accept card too so even more of a plus. Quick, reliable, and affordable. My go to if I need help in the carbondale area again 👌🏽

It cost me $40 both times I’ve used this company (they take card). They were super nice today and helped tow my car out of the Walmart parking lot after the battery died. Friendly on the phone and in person. Got there quickly and got my car over to a shop for a new battery. Appreciated it.

Omg..I tried all night to get into my jeep once my keys were locked inside... I am traveling nurse, and I was in a panic mode because I had to go next to take care of 2 quadriplegic children.. my keys for my jeep and the other places were inside. the head nurse came in at 6am and called Sheldons towing. they were there in 20 minutes and had my jeep opened in 5 minutes... he charged my $50... but omg great... I gave him $80

They took 1hr to drop my car off after they came to pick it up the location my car was going to was only 6 minutes away from me so when I asked what’s going on I was told by the dispatch that he could check and see where my car was but he wasn’t than he hung up on me I called back he said that I was being a Bother to him and to stop calling and hung up again 30 more minutes go by before I even got it back..... I’ll never use them again they are very very rude‼️

This is the best tow company we have ever used. We were at our wits end with our camper new to camping had it stuck in a ditch. They came got it out even lined it up for us. I am very thankful for their kindness.

After dealing with a busted splitter they were nice enough to bring both of their trucks out and show me in detail how the car was loaded and unloaded and looking at the car closer the dealership damaged my car. I appreciate their honesty and making sure they showed that they didn’t damage it

Just so you know I put a camera outside just Incase you used those bolt cutters you were thinking of using but thankfully for the respect of the law and everyones safety you thought twice. Sheltons towing came out to the heritage motel and put my van on a flat bed truck with four flat tires. And towed it to my house and put it rite where I wanted them to. I am very pleased with their customer service, it was the bes towing service Ive received since I lived in the Carbondale area.

Many better towing places in Carbondale to choose from. On top of that the bigger fella who answers the phone/takes your money for picking up the car is downright rude before you even start a conversation with him, not helpful whatsoever. The man who towed my car back to my apartment on the other hand was much more respectful and gave some good pointers what to do with my totaled car. If you have the choice for your towing I do not recommend. ~ I seldom leave reviews but felt that this one was necessary.Response - was months ago, just had a friend ask for towing recommendations and it reminded me of the horrid experience I had with your company. Felt the need to inform others to avoid your business and uncivilized way of dealing with customers.

Great people great rates . Really friendly and fast about their job. Got my car stuck hanging over a ledge and they got me off with zero damage to my vehicle . Also towed me to saint Louis plaza and was very friendly the whole ride . HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
