Horrible! Would not recommend. Completely unprofessional all around. Lazy and unmotivated. Was under contract for six months with no results. Poor communication. Had spoke with the owners when I had serious issues with the first agent. The second one was no better. Highly disappointed in their performance, or lack there of. My house sold in two weeks after listing with another agent. The final day of contract, there was a dirty diaper in my floor that the agent had to have seen when she dropped of my key. They also had the vacant house’s heat turned up to 74 after my requests to keep it low. (I’m out of state).

I live in Ohio and know a Century 21 broker here, who somehow sent in info internally to Century 21 brokers in Illinois. Terri Henry took the time to listen to all of the struggles I was having involving this troublesome property and was willing to help me. Plus, she seemed to be very well connected to many people in the area.The former home to my deceased father, was in great disrepair, and yet the location is desirable. Terry Henry found a builder who is ready for the task of rehab. Considering this took only a few months to find a buyer, I was extremely happy after a year of dealing with this estate being held up by the mortgage still owed on this house. Terri Henry securing the sale allowed the estate to finally come to a close.Terri was extremely helpful, informed, and communicative. Many times, I looked to her for information about the progress, when my estate attorney was unresponsive. Terri went out of her way to meet with my attorney, pick up keys, communicate progress and ideas to help the sale- and this was all for a property that would only be sold for $50K. I never felt disregarded or unimportant because it was a small sale.I cant think of the words to express my true gratitude to Terri Henrys efforts and work in this process. The sale of this property was my equivalent to a Christmas Miracle. I made zero money on this sale because the sale was less than the mortgage owed, but with the combined sale and estate funds, the mortgage owed was zerod out and I am able to close the estate. Being able to close the estate is priceless to me, better than any money. It brings more than a year of stress to a final resoultion, so I can concentrate on finally grieving my father, and putting my energy into my baby girl due to arrive in Feb 2019.
