Bought a Ralph Lauren leather purse at the thrift shop and brought it home to realize the zipper pulley mechanism was missing. The Leather Artisan replaced the pulley thing, and created a matching leather pull tab so it wouldnt fall of again. Great work, so fast, and affordable! I recommend them wholeheartedly. Thank you!
