Nice machines, PRICEY! unclear pricing. machine would not give coins back. LOUD LOUD LOUD!!!! Vaccuming loudly while customers were in the store, nowhere near open or close. could barely talk to someone next to me. emotionally exhausting experience. will not be coming back.edit after owner response: I did approach an attendant about the coins, he told me that the machines just do that and that it was too late for me to get my money back. also he was wearing his mask on his chin and not on his face. The machines worked very well, but it was still a very negative experience.

This was my first time at this laundromat since I moved to Carbondale. I normally go to the laundromat in my apartment complex but after today I think I have found the place to wash my and my husbands clothes. There is a lot more room here and I didnt have to wait for a washer or dryer. It normally takes me 3 hours to finish my laundry. Today it only took 2 hours and 30 minutes. I will be returning

In the back there are these GIANT frontloaders that hold like EIGHT loads. I put in 11 blankets and some sheets. It’s $10 but well worth it for the time and money saved. Very clean reliable laundromat.

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Clean facility with 2 machines washing 8 or more loads of laundry at once for 10$, other machines also washing large loads at smaller increments. Many dryers. All equipment functioning well and easy to operate. Large steel baskets available to move your laundry around the facility with easy. Functioning coin machine. Plenty of space to social distance and hand sanitizer available. Made our laundry day go at Warp Speed!! Thank you to owner and staff!!

On June 25th me and my girlfriend showed up at 8:05pm and put all of our laundry in 5 machines. I went out to grab my soap and the employee suddenly shows up and tells me last load is at 8:00 and I had to take all of my laundry out of the machine and come back in the morning.

Signs say no kids under 16 and must wear a mask. No one to enforce it, so its meaningless. Both times weve been there kids there and several people with masks around their necks.

I love that they have wifi here! Great location, right next to food places and a liquor store so you can get drunk while you do laundry. Nice.

Clean. Hot sudsy water. Hot dryers. Yes the small machines r $2.00. But the super machine holds 5 loads and cost $7. I did 2 big trash bags in 1 washer and still had 1/2 load only. The dryers are only $.25. I used$.75 total. And the bathroom is nice and always h locked. Yay. Found my place for laundry. I just moved here so I’m really happy I found such a nice laundry right off the bat.

Place is always clean and there is always a person on staff. Its air conditioned and has 2 vending machines , 2 t.vs one usually has cartoons on and the other the news so it keeps adults and kids entertained. This is the only one I go to.

Will never come back here, first and last time. Man was rude and talked to a customer about us while we were there. Did not see them out wiping down machines or change machine.

Very, very friendly and courteous staff. This would be 5 stars if the prices were cheaper, but Ive asked around and this is pretty much what most places charge anyway. Like I said, very good staff, and the place is kept really clean as a result.

Best laundromat in Carbondale. They have an attendant on duty open to close. This keeps the place very clean. The machines are cleaned and inspected regularly. Prices vary for washing depending on the day you go in, usually done to make it easier on you on the busier days. vending machines on hand, and free coffee. Large number of single, double and two triple load machines means they can handle any amount of laundry you need to bring. Very customer-friendly, be sure to fill out the survey for your chance to win a free laundry bag. Its a big laundry bag. I will do my laundry here every time I need to.

Put a good place to do your laundry. They have sales on their washers on this like $8 for the Triple loader and $4 for the double loader Monday through Thursday I want to say and then Fridays and Saturdays theyre more expensive. Have a little problem because of my sister service dog but it was results. Other than that good place to go.

Attendant on hand to answer any questions and assist with any difficulties. Overall Clean building, plenty of washers and dryers, and theyre quick to keep them repaired when they break. Comparable prices to other Laundromats in the area.
