I brought in my favorite watch for a repair job that a different shop couldnt fix. After these guys looked at it, it turns out that other shop gave me a dead battery. Because of all that trouble (really none at all) T.J. said the new battery was on the house. All class.

Went in to have two of my watches batteries replaced and a link taken out of one of the bands. TJ was very busy but I needed one of the watches for a wedding that afternoon. He was kind enough to stop all of his other work and fix my watches for me. Great customer service, great pricing, very quick. Would recommend.

Had a bracelet link break on one of my favorite bracelets, took it in in the morning for repair, was ready that afternoon! And quality, fast repair!

If I could give these guys more than 5 stars I would. TJ and Teresa have been helpful,patient and informative. They helped me while I was having to make some hard decisions at a very difficult time and they were amazing through it all. TJ even took an idea I had for a memory ring for my mother in law (whom I loved dearly) and my mom and made me a ring. He used an old bent up dirty ring my late husband and I had bought for his mom years ago and he provided the stones and had it sized up to fit me. For all of this work plus sharing his knowledge and time with me he wanted nothing. Wasnt even going to charge me for the memory ring!!! I insisted and he charged less than 100 dollars which came out of the jewelry he bought from me. I was also able to keep quite a few pieces more than I thought I was going to be able to because of the price he paid for what he took. And he had no idea what I needed or wanted when I walked in there. On the way out to my car I had a tear in my eye. It is nice to know that there are still some kind people in the world. Who else would do that for a complete stranger? Noone that Ive ever met. So get your butts on over there and support a local business. I dont care if you just need a chain repair. These are some good down home people that run an honest business. Also they have financing if you qualify.

TJ has been my go-to for any and all jewelry needs for the last 10 years! I got my wife’s engagement ring and wedding bands from him and they still look amazing over 7 years later!! Since then, I’ve bought a handful of other items from him, necklaces, rings and earrings and all have been high quality for as low of a price as you’re going to find. My most recent purchase were some earrings for my wife and he beat the online price by over $100 and there were more diamonds in the ones I got from him! Just unbelievable customer service and pride in his trade. Highly recommend!!

TJ’s Fine Jewelry and Repair did a great job resizing a ring for me! They did it in record time at a very reasonable rate! The staff was very accommodating and most importantly, my ring looks great! This is my only experience with them so far, but I highly recommend them for this service!

If youre looking for a jewelry store, TJs is the place to go! My soon to be wife and I were looking for jewelry stores online when we found TJs and decided to go in store to look around. Everyone was great! There was some concern about whether or not the rings would be in by the time of our wedding but TJ went above and beyond to make sure we had them on time! They were also able to fix a sentimental necklace I needed repaired as well! Everyone was great from beginning to end! Well definitely be returning to TJs for any future needs!

Very nice people! They took out links on my Apple Watch band purchased on Amazon. Sign of a good business; they did it while I waited and with a smile even though I purchased it elsewhere and didn’t buy anything there. For sure if I’m shopping for jewelry, I will return there for it. They have lots of pretty rings, earrings and necklaces like most jewelry stores but you don’t always find such nice people❤️

Kays told me my antique engagement ring was basically done for because of a couple issues related to damage. They told me just go and buy a new ring or have a copy made. Disappointed, I came to TJs to look for a new ring and he told me that for $100 they could repair it and make it look brand new, leaving it strong enough to last another 20 years. Only time will tell if hes right, but the repairs and the re-plating look AMAZING. $100 was about $1200 cheaper than what Kays was trying to sell me, so even if in the future I need a new ring, I think the work they did is lovely and Im happy.

I took 7 watches and 1 pocket watch to TJ’s. 2 watches were cheap knockoffs. I asked them to repair any if needed, replace batteries and fix the clasp on one. Paid them $224 up front, that was a discount they said. One of the cheap ones needed the clasp repaired, that was not done. So, it works, but I cannot wear it. The other cheap one got a new battery but it is not working. One of my Invictas now has a warped back and he apologized but said I would have to send it back to Invicta. The Sturhling is not working at all. He didn’t charge me for the batteries on these two and refunded me $26. The Bulova got a new battery, but only works part of the time. The Swiss Army wrist and pocket watches, and a second Invicta, got new batteries and seem to be working fine. While he apologized and gave me back the money for two batteries I didn’t get, $200 seems to be too much for the 6 remaining watches, half of which still don’t work or cannot be worn. I am not impressed and will not go back.

I strongly encourage nobody to go to the store! They are thieves! They are crooked thieves! I went in to have some gold valued because I was thinking of selling it. First of all they told me that my wedding ring was fake, I have papers on that ring. Like I said thieves. Second owner of the store ask me if he could cut one band to check to see if it was real I said yes then he went ahead and started clipping all of my jewelry. He gave me a price that he was willing to pay for my jewelry, I asked him if he would be paying me for the diamonds that were set in these gold bands. He said no but I can take them out for you with a charge a $5, I said okay. We then got to another ring that had diamonds in it and I asked him to take the diamonds out of that as well. He looked up at me pushed all of my jewelry that he had ruined back at me and said I dont want to purchase this jewelry anymore. I asked him why, he told me because I was picking and choosing through my jewelry about what I wanted to sell and I kept changing things. He said he has more important things to do at the moment. I replied I have asked you twice now if I am taking up too much of your time, and I was being sincere. Each time he told me no there wasnt a single soul in the store at this time. So I walked out of that store with defaced jewelry from being cut bent and burnt with acid. He ruined all of my jewelry and then refused to purchase it! I hope that this man gets what he deserves! And I would highly advise everyone to ban TJs Fine Jewelry because they are all crooked thieves!

I absolutely hate to see TJ’s going out of business. I can only hope he is planning to move to another location. I bought my wife’s beautiful engagement ring from TJ nearly 10 years ago and he still cleans it makes sure the flawless diamond is always secure. I have been and will continue to be a TJ’s jewelry customer.

The staff and management at TJs made me feel like a valued customer throughout the buying process, the owner went so far as to interrupt speaking with another customer to greet me and ask me about the ring I ended up purchasing. I would reccommend them to anyone and will be back in the future.

If there is less than one star Id given them less.. rude lady works there .. I stopped by to get an estimate price on few items for my friends who has a lot of kids and cant leave them at home .. I asked for the individual price of each one .. she gave me total and said that is all I can do .. and refused to give details. she said if she is interested to sell let her come.. very rude lady.. I will never come to ur store plus I took a look at what they have. they are very expensive .. kay gave me a much much better price on the same earings..

Horrible rude staff.

Wonderful people, and they do great work! My husband injured his hand on the job and broke three fingers. The ER had to cut his ring off, and when we took it in to be repaired his hand was still very swollen; they couldnt measure him to find out what his size was. After his hand was back to normal, the ring was too small to go on. When we called, they said to just drop it off at the shop. I picked it up again today, and it fits; doesnt look like anything was ever wrong with it! Thank you, TJ!
