Kumar was super helpful and very patient with me with all of my questions. My mother, who is not phone savvy, was with me and very confused and he made sure she understood everything even if she said yes she understood but looked confused. I was very pleased with him and without pressuring us into buying anything he just told us what offers, deals, and accessories are available. He recommended what he would do if it were him. He was amazing.

Another amazing review. The manager or someone else responded to my review below and put personal information of mine in the response like what kind of phones I purchased, etc. They suggest that I call and talk to the manager. After being told in a challenging manner yesterday to come down to the store. I wouldnt have called, except that information I didnt feel comfortable with was put in the response. I called to ask that my info be taken off. This time he felt the need to tell him how he did me a favor etc. I again admittedly called him a liar. He then again made a vailed threat with the response of I know you. I know where you work and everything. Im not sure what he meant by that, a veiled threat of some sort?. The conversation ended with him telling me that he didnt have time for this, to come down to the store and him hanging up on me. Amazing. Again. Amazing. Its also fair to point out that most of the positive review on this page are from people with only one review and seem to pop up immediately after a negative one does. It would be extremely fair to draw the conclusion that theyre fake and being posted to bury the negative ones.

I find this store in particular to be more helpful when it comes to issues with my phone, tablet or account. Quick to assist you and very helpful. Im always impressed at the product knowledge of the associates.

DO NOT SHOP HERE!!! Ive been here a handful of times to buy phones, chargers, etc. Every time I have been here, there is only 1 or 2 employees with customers at their desks and a line of people waiting for help! They dont even acknowledge you standing and waiting, then after you waste your lunch break waiting, you never get help or they skip you and take the person who just walks in the door despite the fact youve been waiting 30 minutes without even a hello! This is not a corporate store, so when they sell you defective and refurbished products, good luck getting anything resolved from them or Verizon! I was lied to about a free deal, then signed into a 2 year contract without that being told to me, AND given defective product that hasnt worked since the 2nd day I tried using it! The sales guy was sneaky and whispering to his friend in another language when they were having trouble with the new item they were giving me for free. Then they went in the back and came back with a different product and switched the original one. If you want to spend hours of your life troubleshooting product online, on the phone, and attempting to fix in person, then go here to buy. If you are smart you will heed my warnings and shop elsewhere! They sell junk and dont care once your signature is on the paper! Oh, and the best is the sneaky salesmen hands you a paper survey and asks you to fill it out and rate him while he stands watching your responses! Unbelievable!

Went into the store and asked for a phone that wouldnt change my bill at all. My phone just stopped working. I was told your bill wont change with this phone, youll just have to pay a one time $30 activation fee. My bill comes and its $60 more a month until the phone is paid off. I suppose its my fault for believing that someone in this store would be honest. When I called to clarify, I was told that they told me the truth, and that my bill didnt change, theres just a new fee for the phone. He lied to me repeatedly and told me 5 different stories, but kept trapping himself. At the end of the day, they pulled a bait and switch. I admittedly got frustrated and I called the guy a liar. Imagine my surprise when I was told to come down to the store and do something about. Disgusting.Ill be leaving Verizon very shortly.

Everyone at this location was SO helpful and friendly! No waiting, very knowledgeable and able to help me decide exactly what I needed. Michelle was the first Verizon employee to ever ask where I worked, in order to help find me discounts! (She scored me a nice monthly discount!) Highly recommend using this location for all of your Verizon needs.

Went in to switch from Sprint. They didnt have the phone I wanted in stock. The sales man said they would call me when it came in two days later. He never called. I guess they didnt want my business. I went to At&t.

Employees struggled to be professional with side comments to each other while one was answering questions I had. When I had asked about a type of phone the female was quick to cut me off and state that it wasnt a good enough phone for her. The part that made us aware we something more was going on was when both workers went into the back for a few minuets and then came out and started to tell me all about a deal I could get today if I acted right now. After coming home and calling Verizon, I learned no deal like he offed existed the way he presented it. The only thing this store is good for is paying your bill and leaving.

I have never had a good experience here. Theyre always short staffed, and never acknowledged me or other customers waiting. They have a very limited selection of accessories which are overpriced junk. The charger they gave me with the tablet I was conned into getting for free- today only was defective and never worked. I called the store to discuss it and nobody was answering the phone. Finally after calling numerous times, I spoke to a guy who told me come in with it. When I arrived, a different guy was working and had a customer. I stood in line behind the customer for 15 min without even being acknowledged. I realized there was no way I would have the time to resolve this on my break, so I grabbed the only charger on the rack that would work with my tablet to purchase it and leave. I stood in line for another 15 min waiting for someone to ring me out. 30 min waiting to buy something due to them selling me defective product, and I still waited without even a hello, Im sorry for the wait, Ill be right with you, etc. I was so desperate for a charger, I was going to leave the money on the counter and walk out! Still I waited, and when the customer was finally done, the worker picked up the phone, called another customer back and started chatting like I didnt exist!! I threw the charger down and left. Never again!

Wouldnt even give them 1 star if I could. Samsung galaxy phone died. Its a known issue with the battery. I was told that even with insurance and a balance on the phone of 400.00 that I would have to pay an additional 200.00 for a refurbished phone. Went to the next nearest store and got the same phone overnighted for free. What dont they know that another store does? More importantly what will they do when ATT&T opens right next store. I have been a Verizon customer almost since they started making cell phones. Would hate to see Verizon lose customers because of some bad apples. I guess its their choice.

I walked into the store back in the middle of January looking to switch to Verizon from AT&T. The salesmen there told me about phones and promos going on. However, when I stated that I wanted to talk it over with my husband one of the salesmen just walked away from me mid conversation. He then took a phone call as if I wasnt even there. The other salesman became very rude and disinterested. I guess if youre not ready to buy instantly and throw your money at them they dont care to even give you their attention. Highly recommend going anywhere else but here. Dickson city is best. Stick to the REAL Verizon stores.

The customer service here is very good. We had to wait for a few minutes but the gentleman was very helpful and suggested several solutions to help us with our poor reception in a no service area.

What a horrible place, reps were very disrespectful cause i had a few questions about my account and was not buying at that moment. I wouldnt be going to that Verizon Store again. Verizon should care who is using their name cause it is giving them a bad name.

Contract store somewhat limited in what they can do. Also girl who helped me was not very careful with my phone, she keep sliding the aluminum back across the counter. Just what I wanted for my brand new phone!

Walked into the store it was my first timeon Monday June 20th but must say had great experience did not walk in to purchase just happen to stop in curious to know if they were currently hiring because Imy looking for employment as Im transitioning from the military life back to the civilian life which I was able to discuss with a gentleman named Dylan and he then asked if he could have my number to see if I had any discounts since I was military and to see what promos he could offer me or see how he could save me some money in my account even though he did tell me what I could take advantage of I didnt walk out with anything but I like that everyone in the store is willing to help or offer me a way to save (amazing customer service) I hope everything stops by even if its just to see what they can possibly do for you as a current customers or to become a new one.

I want to reflect that some of the comments that I have read about this Verizon store in Carbondale, WOW all I could say is what is wrong with some people. I have been going there for sometime now and I have never once seen or heard one person be ignorant or disrespectful . How does one write a false information and false review, its not very ADULT LIKE.. First off the Samsung was recalled (on Friday morning)just needed to get that out there, and they recalled them due to the safety of the customer nothing a store did wrong. Again if someone going to write a review be HONEST, just because things didnt go your way shouldnt give the person the right to bash someone.. That is very unfair. Its not the store fault that Verizon Samsung Note 7 had things go wrong. It Is so sad that our society has resorted to not telling the truth, to make light of the fact that they the other individuals were completely wrong/out of line !. I m sorry I have to defend these people again there are hard working individual trying to make a living, it s sad what life has resorted to ....

ATTENTION VERIZON CUTOMERS:I had a horrible experience with an employee lying about promotions and trying to label herself as a manager as I asked to speak to one. VERY unprofessional for the store to hire such disrespectful people that are suppose to be advocates for the company ... And disrespect the customers and pose as someone they are not. Very sad Verizon ... I inquired about corporates phone number and was denied by an employee stating she was a manager. I said how she was Very unprofessional for a manager and that they dont speak to their customers like that ... The girl pleaded im not a manager now please leave.
