I saw one of the therapists here, I think her name was Michelle. I sought counseling in order to address difficulty I was/am having coping with my sisters recently diagnosed serious illness. It turns out that her father died from the same illness my sister has. She talked about herself and HER experiences for most of the session. She told me all about a book she had written about her fathers illness and her difficulty in getting it published. I barely was able to share anything with her. I told her that I was really struggling and she never even attempted to explore that with me. It took a lot for me to reach out, and I left the appointment feeling extremely discouraged.

Ive been talking to John Gibbons Lcsw. Been talking to him on the phone. He then side steps my request to have an office appointment. He also billed my Medicare plan for a psychological evaluation and testing. He did no such test by phone no less. He also this past week did something very sneaky. I was having a rough night. Reached out to him. He didnt call back right away. I proceeded to go for a walk. He then text me indicating he left message. Go to Er if not better. No mention of anything else. Then I texted back saying I was fine. He then Said he called police for wellness check. He knows that I have PTSD with dealing with police he guess behind my back and tells me about it later. The biggest thing is he committed insurance fraud by billing Medicare for a psychological evaluation and testing that was never done. Besides that he is not a Psychologist licensed to perform such test. These people are a fraud and care for money. Do not go to this place for any type of service.

Dr. Phil was very nice and accommodating but did not discuss treatment plans or make progress to resolve presenting issues over the 2 years my son saw him. He began double booking and in essence gave away our consistent weekly appt time then stop returning calls to reschedule. I never got a copy of my sons records or documentation for other offices or to use in custody court.

Most unreliable group I have ever had experience with. They reschedule more than they hold their appointments. Very unprofessional
