So for starters the guy says hell arrive at 1pm, turns out he doesnt show up until 1:30pm... I had 2 broken hoppers and he fixes one of the windows but forgets to fix the second one.... ITS LITERALLY YOUR JOB TO FIX WINDOWS, HOW CAN YOU FORGET!?

Broke a window on a job by accident. Skylight place Inc custom cut a new piece of glass for the custom frame in an hour.They saved my day!

This place is a disaster.Tried to order screens in May. Finally gave up. I was working with Paul (one of the owners). I will give him the benefit of the doubt that he is just incompetent.They were efficient at first. Got back to me with a quote which we agreed upon. Rick (another owner) came out and took measurements.Then Paul lost my order. When I called he wasnt apologetic at all. He asked if I still wanted the screens and that it would take another couple weeks. A month later when I called back there is no record of my order.I give.

Our go-to company for screen and glass work. They helped us replace some leaky double pane windows, resolved some torn screens, and will soon be installing a Phantom Screen setup on a French Door.

I went to the Skylight Place for a retractable screen door. They promptly responded to my house to take the measurement of my front door for the custom build. The screen was built prior to the estimated time and they even installed while I was at work since the install date was later. I paid the balance over the phone and I came home to a perfectly built and installed retractable screen door. Now, I have never posted an on-line review of a business but just had to for the Skylight Place since today my 90 pound German Shepard dog ran through the screen door. After the shock subsided, I inspected the screen and frame expecting to have to buy a new one. Since it is so well built, I was able to snap it back into place the it looks like new.

Friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable staff. Great installation crews. On time and on schedule.
