I went in to get my nails and toes done for a baby shower i had to attend later that day and they had me waiting for 3 and a half hours but helped other people who came in after me. The next day or of my acrylics came off and my toe chipped. They had one lady working on my pedicure and she put cuticle oil all over my legs which is not where it goes. It was overall a horrible experience l.

Did a fine job. Lots of nail colors, friendly staff.

Came in today and I am in love with my nails. Jenny did my nails beautifully and even stayed after closing to make sure I was happy.When I first arrived I was treated and asked what I wanted then shown to a both to wait in. While I waited a few people were helped by others to get pedicures, I was there for a manicure so I was fine with others being attended to me first. Jenny checked in with me a few times while she helped another client she was with first.Once I was up Jenny was extremely nice. She moved quickly through my nails while maintaining good quality in her work. I was very impressed by her skills. She was also very patient and accommodating, changing my nails when I decided I didnt like my first choice of design. As the store closed up she patiently tended to me staying almost a half out after the store officially closed to insure my happiness with my nails.

So I showed them what I wanted and I gotThe complete opposite I want ombré nails obvis DIDNT know how to do them didn’t put clearCoat and plus both my nails 2 nails popped off it’s only been 2 days and just awful job

*update*I moved to Sac recently, and tried several expensive nail bars. They all left me with ingrown nails and chipping gel polish.I went back to Beauty Nails today in SC, and Holly was awesome, as usual. They are running a sale and have added a lot of new gel and regular colors.I paid for the 15 minute arm/hand massage add on, and I feel relaxed and happy.They are not always consistent, but if you ask for Holly, you will get a good job.*****I have been going to Beauty Nails off and on for years, but lately its been hit or miss depending on who I get. The prices are still some of the best around and I have always had a decent experience. They will correct mess ups without too much attitude. Some of the staff rush through your mani and pedi, and I dont like that. But Ive never gotten a fungus or anything, they seem to be pretty clean , and are always friendly. The use tub liners which is important. The store could use an update and some of that Pedicure Chairs are straight up worn down, but again they do a really good pedicure for 25 bucks, so you get what you pay for. Ill continue to go back unless I find somewhere a little bit more modern within in that same price range.

First time, walked in without appointment for a pedicure,. Nice greeting, put me in a message chair immediately. Very friendly, good pedicure. Only issue I had was that the menu of pedicure types was a dirty mess. Please make new ones!

Okay so yes there is a very HIGE PRICE DIFFERENCE!$$$Cheaper, BUT AS FAR AS CUSTOMER SERVICE, IT WAS VERY HARD KNOWING THAT IV BEEN SITTING FOR ABOUT 44 min AND SOMEONE OTHER THAN THENPEOPLE WHO ARE WAITING WILL BE SETTED TO BE GELPED ROTE AWAY . 2 nd is I spoke up for my self and got told to sit for a pedicure for the older man to run hot water walk away and stick feet in it (HOT) water! Then took of and helped a customer who just walked in and left me there to sit for another 32min in cold water .

Terrible. I painted my toenails better when I was five years old! She didnt remove all of my old nail Polish, which was blue, and put light pink over it. Ad out front says theyre having a special. Its a bait and switch. Plus they are bitches!

Very harsh, dont take their time, some of the ladys dont know how to the nails nice, very messy. I told one of the guys i had acrylic on top of my real nail and he totally cracked my real nail

Had a manicure and pedicure today and I couldnt be more happy with the service and results. My nails look perfect and the experience was pleasant. The girls who work there are extremely nice and friendly and pay such attention to detail. I look forward to my next mani and pedi!

I walked in they had a lady waiting and I stood there for 25 mins before the employee looked up from her phone. Mind you the other lady waiting still hasn’t been helped. Then the employee just didn’t even ask me what I wanted she just ignored me. Then 30 mins later she finally talks to me and when I tell her I would like a full set she told me they don’t do them.

The worst pedicure ever. After just 2 days the polish was peeling off, polish has runs in it, and they were not very pleasant to deal with with. Wont go back.

I have gone here a few times but the last will be the last, FOREVER!I went in just before leaving on an Hawaiian vacation and the pedicurist literally sliced my big nail cuticle so that it was bleeding fairly profusely, then immediately put it back into the lukewarm standing water.The next day I left on a vacation that was nearly completely ruined by an infected toe, that lasted 3 weeks. On the vacation it was inflamed so badly that I took a picture of it after about a week and went to an emerge-care office that told me I needed to soak it twice daily in peroxide and apply an antibiotic ointment they gave me. I was almost limping at this point and certainly feeling as if this was the worst and costliest pedicure I had ever received!When I returned, I called to complain and was told to call back to talk to the manager, who never returned my call. I then came in to do so but was treated so rudely, despite showing them the pictures I took at week intervals -- it took over 3 weeks to totally heal -- that I simply decided I would warn others about the actual danger of this place and the terrible response and lack of any accountability. If I could rate in negative Stars I would -- I dont expect a Pedicure to ruin a 3 weeks and an Anniversary vacation because of poor hygiene procedures. Be warned.

Bad service ever... I paid $30 for a “pedicure” and my toenails looked worse than before.

Rude and when I went there in the middle of doing my nails left me and went to serve another client I had to wait 40 mins just waiting for her to finish with her other client when I was there first and had made an appointment before hand AND needed to be done by a certain time that I had let them know too and I was late and left w only half my nails done 0 stars they SUCK

Came by to get my set off and they werent even open. Its 9:47 and they were supposed to open at 9:30
