Paradise valley Spa. Do not expect accurate timelines or communication back regarding your hot tub. We began our process back in November 2020. We’re told by the sales associate February would be delivery of course with a down payment. Since that time the hot tub has been extended to Probable September. We were told June 3 hot tub was two weeks out. Then told Early August and now Sept. corporate had to be called to get any kind of response. Our contact switched three times with little to no correspondence and never a call back. Recommend Send your business elsewhere. Back yard project with contractors still on hold due to Paradise Valley Spa.

We purchased our jacuzzi hot tub in March and when it was delivered a month later the lifters were installed incorrectly. The result was that the siding cracked and I requested a new siding. They first told me no but after explaining that they incorrectly installed the lifter causing the damage they said they would deliver the new siding but charge me for installing. I accepted the new siding offer but declined to use them for installing. Still today I have not received the siding and after trying to contact the sales rep they have told me I have to pay for the siding. The hot tub is great but customer service is horrible especially after getting my 12k I am no longer an important customer. You have a choice go with another company.

I felt so special by the people of Paradise. They consistanly scheduled location and delivery appointments sending out very professional and courtious techs. Very friendly through the entire 6 week build, shipment and delivery schedule.I am blown away by their commitments far and beyond the purchase.Now my here and fired up the cost and waiting period are well worth it! I love my new jacuzzi!!

Guess they no longer deal with sundance spas so cannot be bothered to answer questions related to filters and such. Luckily there is this thing called the internet and amazon to make purchasing things easy. Rather than youll have to come down and look and fight traffic, Ill just order and have it here tomorrow.

My brother bought a spa here. He has nothing but nice things to say about it.
