This UPS store is pretty small. But they do have all of the same services as larger stores. I often drop off my free Amazon returns at this UPS location. Very professional

This place never carry they necessarily supplies for their customers, in this case they force you to buy packages that are actually supposed to be free in every other single UPS store, ridiculous

Terrible service. I mailed my daughter her birthday gift from this store on July 16. As of today, August 10th, she still HAS NOT RECEIVED IT. They have shipped it there, it got shipped back from the receiving UPS store; Capitola UPS shipped it back again. Yesterday the lady at this store said it arrived last Friday at 10:08 am. My daughter went to pick it up, nothing was ever received. So I spoke with the store manager just now, he says it was shipped back to Capitola AGAIN! What a joke. I’m using FED EX from now on.

The customer service at the Capitola store is excellent. The people are very outgoing and friendly. They let us know the options for our shipment. They are very helpful. Kudos to you all

I used UPS to send $500 worth of gifts to my sister on the east coast. The box was delivered to the wrong address and UPS seems to have no ownership in the error. They not only could not tell me the exact address it was delivered to but said it was my job to find out. I will never use UPS again.

The customer service at this store is fantastic! Every employee is always accommodating and personable. A special acknowledgement to Gabe, as he has been there since I have been utilizing printing and shipping services from this store. Gabe is ALWAYS gracious and aware of everything going on in the store. There is another UPS location that is down the street from me, but I go out of my way when I am not in a hurry to use the Capitola branch.

Convenient location near shopping center I frequent, so easy to use this as my primary UPS store. Rarely have to wait long as even when they are busy they have enough help working the counter that the line moves along quickly.

I arrived 5 mins before closing with a package that needed to go out and the employees said “unfortunately we have started the process of closing the register “ so they turned me away even though door was open and no one else in storeIf that is the case lock your door before I haul in a package

I have used this bussiness before it became The UPS Store. Most of time I mail out packages, they have always recommended best way to ship. I have also used other services, including Notaray. Only down side has been waiting in line a few times, most of time a seasonal thing.

Ive been to this UPS Store for the Notary Services several times, and each time, was great. The Notary was pleasant, knowledgeable, and efficient. Its always been effortless to just go in and sign.

I get my mail here, they text my phone/email me, when I get my mail. $75.00 every 3 months...its nice, clean, close by, they are nice to me.

Got put on hold for almost 30 minutes to check on a package (even though they hadnt asked for any information about me or the package). Had to call back, and the tracking number brought up nothing for them (even though I can see it on the website). Had to call multiple UPS stores until one told me they JUST sent it back to sender (an hour or two after I called this store in the morning).Now its on the way ALL THE WAY back across the United States. I have to wait 2 weeks for my package which I needed for the weekend. Do not use this store or UPS ever.Waste of my time and very undependable.

The girl who worked the desk was so rude to both me and another customer. She clearly didnt want to be at work that day.
