Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Sometimes busy but they try to take care of customers as quickly as possible on a first come first served basis.

I was In/out in 5 min at 6 pm weekday. I have fair expectations for business and they met them, so 5 stars. I dont know what the bad reviews expect, a hug? Print jobs can be complicated and YOU need to make sure you have it formatted properly if you want to save time, otherwise it will take a few tries. The clerks make minimum wage in a beach town, so you expect them to be concierges or engineers? Come on. Have fair expectations for life.

It was fine. In and out within a minute. Went around 10:30. Staff was friendly

Totally understaffed, avoid or show up at off peak hours or you’ll be waiting for hours.Came by at 12 to pick up a package that was held there, stuck behind 8 customers who all had complicated shipping or print needs, only ONE EMPLOYEE. 🙄FEDEX capitola: Who knew, the lunch hour might be busy, we’ll just staff the entire store with one stressed out employee. 😩👌

Dont expect them to be nice or helpful. If you obviously need help, theyll look the other way. So you ask politely could you help me please? The workers response was extremely rude, and not helpful, so I decided I was my best bet.

None of the printer machines worked. Me and another lady walked in at the same time both had trouble with all the machines. The one worker there never tried to help or even say hello or Good morning. 2 thumbs down. Headed to Staples now to print!!

Staff seems uninformed and uninterested in customer satisfaction. Waits are long and staff is typically complacent. Better to go to the one at Research Park Dr. Staff is far better informed and far more helpful

Terrible printing!! The colors were all grayed and looked dead. They refused to refund my prepaid money back because they said I just paid fortheir work. Which was poorly dine! I left without my printing and without a refund! Do not go here, you would be better off printing your own, with cleaner ink!

Went in to priority mail a check and was treated like a criminal. The woman at the counter made it clear she didnt trust what was in the business envelope I was holding. I told her I was paying cash and she gave me an attitude and told me she would need to scan my ID. Okay thats fine I guess but then she accused me of faking my return address because it didnt match what was on my license. I told her the return address on the envelope was my home address and she finally let me mail my rent check. I thought USPS was bad but Ive never had a worse experience than this morning. Never going back again.

Each time i try to come in for something the ladies there seem to never want to help. why advertise for business if it seems you want none?

This place is a joke, went to get some invitations printed. Was informed they dont print anything other than 8 1/2 x 11 paper. SERIOUSLY THOUGH?? Youre a printing store, these are a 6x6 square. They dont do that, lol. What a joke!

One of the appealing aspects of this place was that it was well-designed, had the office resources I needed and open late (11pm if memory serves). Theyve shrunk the layout, close at 9pm, and are gutting more and more of the Kinkos aspect that made the place great before bought by FedEx. At least the staff are friendly.

Staff is helpful. Instructions are easy to follow on the FAX machine. I appreciated that.

It was a little bit of a wait, while my email went from my phone to the store, that I was standing in... but otherwise quite painless.

When talking to them the first time was awesome this last representative was actually super unhelpful. All they wanted me to do was call the 800 number. If I wanted to do that I would of. Super disappointed with this location. Went from good to poor. Very unpleasant and not happy I went through fedex.

This FedEx has been very iffy for me. The staff never really seems interested in you or smiling. They have many many stations but they dont work coherently together.

Would give no stars if it were an option. I wish theyd just shut it down.
