I have always had a positive experience with everyone at Shiloh. They are extremely accommodating and helpful when needed. Dont be afraid to form a relationship with them! They are willing to help in any way they can.

Jen is always so friendly, and always willing to help and answer any questions I have! I would highly recommend renting through them.

If I could give Shiloh 0 stars, I would. We have a mice problem in our house-we called Shiloh to take care of the issue. They refused to take care of the problem because they have too many properties to take care of mice. Im sorry, isnt that your job?? When we moved in, our fridge was broken, locks were not changed promptly, our AC didnt work, keys were not distributed, etc. Not only has our experience with Shiloh been absolutely horrible, the owners of the Shiloh company are atrocious. Ripping students off and not taking care of their rental properties. I do not recommend Shiloh to anyone, seriously anything is better than renting with them. Take my word for it.

They told our group we were first on the list for upcoming leases only to get a call a couple weeks later telling us they had no houses left. Very unprofessional.

I would not recommend Shiloh to anyone. They take advantage of young tenants, charge them for anything they possibly can. I was told recently by a previous tenant that once your lease is up you better watch out because they try to continue taking rent out of your acct. Horrible!
