Just showed up for a preemployment drug test. Signed in and was called in, in minutes. The workers were friendly. Easy and good experience.
Made appointment night before on my phone. Arrived 5 minutes early. Checked in and waited over 1 hour and one technician was working. Will not be back nor suggest anyone else use this lab
Stay open as long as the hours say on your door, or dont have hours on your door at all.
Horrific service, was told needed paper copy of order. They had electronic order entire time had to call corporate office to force the to do job. Sad. Lazy
Upon entering, there is a little kiosk, first youll place your drivers license in it, then your insurance card in it. After a few minutes youll be called to get your labs drawn.Make sure you bring money, to pay for your copayments.Very nice staff!
Yesterday I sat here for a full hour only for them not to get to me, today I’ve sat here for another hour and only 2-3 people have been seen. The sitting area is tiny and right now it’s very much standing room only. Not sure what’s going on—is the entire staff wearing concrete shoes? Do they only have one examination room? Am I, perhaps, in a Sartre-style hell or purgatory? Only time shall tell, and apparently the employees here at LabCorp have an unending supply of that.
Terrible!
Ive been trying for 3 weeks to call this lab about a appointment and cant get more than a answering machine telling me to call later .
Made an appointment at 345 and waited and then they couldnt take my husband bc they were closing in 10 minutes . If you cant handle walk ins you should decline them and take your scheduled
