I had express lashes done for vacation. I ended up having to find a lash place while on vacation in florida to get them removed because they were irritating my eyes so bad. And I didn’t even have them the max amount of time. (Had them right at a week) And took care of them the way I was instructed.The medical spa told me it was the worst lashes they had seen, too much glue, and my natural lashes were all clumped onto the extensions. Explained my bottom lashes should have been taped down and my eyes were to be shut, and Eye Candy did not do either of those things during my appointment. It took them a very long time to get the glue to lift and get the lashes off. My natural lashes had snapped and broke off in multiple spots. They even took pictures to put on their FB page as a poor example of lashes. Im sorry but I will not return.

Super fast service and very friendly staff!! My brows were threaded for a very decent price and I love the way they came out!! I got my lashes done for the first time and I loved the way they looked. They did cause my eyes some irritation and a few fell out the day after- not sure if that was because of me or the application but they offered to fix it. Over all a great experience and will be coming back!! Trying the mink lashes next!

I’ve been here more than once. But today was not the best. I received solution on my eyes that was burning $15 I removed myself due to the server not coming back in timely matter. Honestly I’m not upset it’s the principle that if I was forced to remove my own lash because the solution was burning while patiently waiting there were customers so I understand the lady got busy but at least hold the greed on my payment card. I received lashes and my daughter received a eye brow both services was good for the most part. The removal of lash service was horrible experience I paid $15 for . Better service next time.

I went in to get a full face threading. I called before asking prices and the communication was unclear. I went anyways.I was greeted and sat immediately. A woman asked if i had considered the razor. I politely declined because my hair grows quickly.The gentleman started threading my eye brows without asking how I liked them shaped or anything. He was extremely inexperienced. He was practically plucking my eyebrows with the thread. They are pretty even, but definitely not perfect.He started on my lip and cheak. After several minutes he asked for assistance. The woman also struggled. My cheak was worked for no less than 30 minutes. Its completely raw. She struggled on the remainder of my face. She would get 2 pieces of hair in the thread and pull up away from my face as she was closing the thread. It was unsuccessful and took over and hour and 15 minutes. Ive been getting my face threaded for over a year at a different location and never had these issues.Long story short she ended up using the razor on my face because I still had hair everywhere. After getting in the car and further inspecting, the razor job wasnt that great either. My upper lip still has peach fuzz on it.I would not recommend and do not plan on returning. You can tell the workers were all very inexperienced and really didnt know how to thread properly. Hence why my face feels as if all the skin has been removed. Ill be feeling the tenderness for a few days, that is for sure.

Everyone was so kind and helpful inside. Fully explained about the service I was receiving and how to care for my lashes at home.

Im always please with you ladies so this is not a complaint but I just received my first hydrafacial and I just feel like she should’ve educated me about it as far as letting me know how to treat my skin afterwards and products recommended. My chin has begun to peel and it’s red and irritated .Again it’s not a complaint . You ladies are the best keep it up 👍

Went to get my lashes done and didn’t notice till I left there was so much glue on my lashes, they were all the same length and some where straight and some went up, it looked horrible. Went back the next day to get them removed and was still charged $15 for removal. Staff was very friendly but horrible customer service for charging someone more money when they didn’t like the work done and I tipped her $5 when she did them the first time.

It’s Only one girl in there that knows what she doing really however, it says they don’t close till 7 I pulled up at 6:12 mind y’all the lights where on when we got there as soon as we got to the door the hos hurry and cut the lights offset they closed but it says y’all close at 7 I really hate petty peoples. If u ain’t wanna do yo job just say det💯

I have been going here since they started out at the mall years ago. I love them!! I have had my eyebrows threaded every month since then. And legs waxed & just had my eyebrows microbladed! I love them!! Tammy did a great job explaining how my brows would look dark as they healed. I just had my touch up today & they are perfect! Everyone is very friendly & the salon is always very clean. They do get busy bc they are that awesome! So you may have to wait for your service but its always worth it! You all rock!!

Gone here for years for my brows. I got my lashes done the first time and they were great. Then I went there 4 weeks later to get my lashes removed and to get new ones applied. Not only the tech, but everyone in the place seemed irritated to have a customer come in. Workers were being very unprofessional, talking loudly and with profanity and not tending to their clients. Also, lashes fell out a week after having them. Very disappointing to see one of my favorite places turn into this.

I started coming here three months ago. I had never even heard of threading eyebrows. It was the best experience Ive ever had. Far less painful than waxing. I also started getting my brows tinted and have been very satisfied with that service as well. The staff are always friendly and expedient. I only wish I could get the same girl each time I go.

I went in to get my eyebrows microbladed And we drew them on did the perimeter and everything and they looked fine they weren’t that bulky I have a tiny face and the result after we were done I look like I have two huge caterpillars on my eyes they’re way too bold and the artist should know how to do the eyebrows for each Individual person to fit their face And make it look good. I normally go in and get my eyebrows threaded and they do a great job but my first experience for microblading was not one I would recommend.

I went to get express lashs and I am twitchy and have watery eyes not the easiest to apply on I understand she did what she could, she wasnt to pleasant, that fine I still tipped $10 and moved on, two weeks later I went to have them removed and the girl got the removing solution in my eye twice seemed annoyed THEN pinched my eyelide 6 times! and when she showed me at the end I was missing HALF OF MY NATURAL LASHES. I look crazy. I had long full lashes before hand, I just didnt want to have to wear mascara everyday, but now... I have 3 whole hairs on my eyes to try to mascara, never again. Side not the actual owner seemed sweet and her dog is adorable, but them need to learn how to apply/ remove lashes!
