Had to drive 45 miles away .Went to get ring back, had repaired, and was not back by due to delay. Told I would get an email. Not apologetic at all. Had it for over 3 weeks and promise date was not kept.

The experience was really nice at the beginning then it went bad after I paid the ring wasnt sized correctly even knowing I paid extra to have it resized then after I got the ring they wouldnt pick up the phone...even after they took my money

I shopped here for my engagement ring and I believe I worked with Sarah and Rebecca who were both incredibly helpful and sweet to me and the family I brought in to help me shop. I ended up not finding my perfect ring here but I would still recommend checking them out and talking about their customization options if youre having trouble finding what youre looking for. The prices were also a tad high for me but Ive found I have expensive taste so maybe thats just me! Thank you everyone at Kays whos helped me figure out what I want and for all the incredible information yall shared with me!

Today me and my boyfriend went in and looked at engagement rings. We had many questions and were clueless as to what we wanted. Sarah and Kelsey were AMAZING. They showed us option after option and didn’t get annoyed with how many times I said “I wanted something else”. They made us feel completely comfortable in purchasing something so serious and they helped us tremendously find something in our price range and did everything they could to make us both happy. It was the highlight of my entire day!!! Thank you both for listening to stories and being apart of our special moment.

Never in my life have a felt judged and uncomfortable in a place I was spending money. This must be a whites only establishment, they acted like they did not want me there or did not want to do their job.

They refuse to call to let you know when your jewelry is back from being worked on. Even when I requested that they call me as soon as they got it in, they said We dont do that. Very sassy with me over the phone and in person. If I ever have to have my ring worked on again, Im taking it to the Kays in Virginia where my fiance bought it because they were amazing.

Sarah and her staff at the Cape Girardeau store were amazingly helpful while my son chose an engagement ring and wedding band for his beautiful fiancé.The store didnt have exactly what he was looking for, and Sarah offered to create a unique piece.The end result is the most beautiful ring set Ive ever seen and Sarah is an extremely talented artist who has wonderful ideas and excellent customer service.While working with Sarah, she made us feel like she cared about us like family. In fact, we shared details of the proposal with her afterwards because she was genuinely interested.If youre looking for a store with excellent staff and a caring friendly atmosphere, this is the place! I cant say enough good things about Sarah and her colleagues!

The names Noah. My helpers were Sarah, Nekea, and Jamie. All were very funny and very kind, always wanting to help. Never bugged you about what you wanted to buy, always let you have time. I was able to help my step-dad pick out my mom an engagement ring, and found out we think a lot a like. Made a couple new friends today, learned quite a bit about them. Look forward to coming here in the future!

My husband and I put my third ring to my wedding set on MY Kays card for our 5th anniversary. Went so well we got money off with the sale they were running and thier manager was even the one who waited on us. When the ring came in I was never notified like told, and was told when we bought it it would be sent off immediately to be sized. Called after 3 weeks of hearing nothing to find out it was sitting in a drawer ready to be picked up. Again never notified. Went to pick it up from the store like I was told to do, with my drivers license and the store clerk would not give it to me. Again I paid with MY card and had already made a payment on MY card, and was denied my merchandise. I was told that the original ring receipt was under my name but when the manager sent it off for sizing they put it under my husbands name. My husband works out of town and the manager conveniently was out of town as well, so I have to wait several more days before we can even get the ring. My husband tried calling the store because he works out of town 11 day stretches, and they denied him as well. Utterly baffled at the fact that they will let me pay for it but they wouldnt give it to me on thier error. And the store clerk I dealt with was rude. Horrible service.

Will never deal with them again. $400 bulova watch breaks within 3 year warranty and then they send it off and tell me it will be $200 to repair after you told us its under warranty. Its covered under warranty so dont make me make tons of calls to get it figured out. Adam is worthless at the store and as crooked as a used car dealer.
