Melvin is the bomb.com. I was on an out of town trip and ended up dropping my phone in a creek. He got me swapped over from another provider and out the door very quickly while not missing any details. Melvin just gave me a call a year later to check up and see how things were going. You cant beat service like that!

I wanted to order a new SIM card, which is supposedly a “free service.” However, I was told it would cost me $20. I then explained I had been having issues placing a call; but was told the iOS update, that came out the exact same day I was in the store, would “fix a lot of my issues.” I certainly won’t be purchasing a new phone from this store when I need one.

I lost my phone and needed to get a new one and Even was patient with me and answered all of my questions. I love the new phone and will return when I’m ready to buy my next iPad😊

I recently switched to Verizon and my parents needed some help with their new phones. I live in a different state and couldnt help, so I sent my parents to this Verizon store. The lady who helped them was extremely rude and would not even give them the time of day because they werent buying anything. They left and went over to Best Buy instead and got the best customer service and help. If youre not buying anything, I suggest going to Best Buy with your questions or just calling Verizons customer service line. Save yourself the trouble.

The sales guy I had name Matt was awesome. He explain everything I needed to know about my phone, and what to expect to see on my bill. Super awesome guy. If I have any question I will definitely be asking him..

My wife and i just recently switched to Verizon from At&t. I will just say that Christopher Ide did a fantastic job! It had been an absolute challenge trying to switch because at&t customer service in store and on the phone was horrible. Chris was very polite and apologetic for any inconveniences. Will give him and the store a 5 star. Great job! If you need help they will help you till the problem is solved unlike at&t. Thank you!

Would of rate it 0 stars if I could. Recently upgraded phone to a S20 ultra 5G and bought a liquid screen protector. She rubbed it on the plastic cover of the phone that is on it when it comes out of the box and wouldnt issue me a refund. She told me to drive back up there so they could re-apply it. I wouldnt recommend doing business with this store. If possible deal with a corporate store instead!

For some reason I still haven’t figured out yet, I wanted to switch from my iPhone to a flip phone to “disconnect.” Anyways, Tom was extremely helpful and took great care of me. A week later, I decided I didn’t like the flip phone as much as I’d thought and wanted to switch back to my iPhone. I went in and Kandi got me squared away in 5 minutes. Fantastic group of employees that will do whatever they can to make sure you’re taken care of. Highly recommend going here for any Verizon needs!

I bought an iPhone 7 from Beth last April and Ill definitely be back next time. Whatever you do, do NOT buy your phone from Walmart or Best Buy. If you go back for help the next day, you might find your sales rep working in the underwear section. These folks at the Verizon store are highly-trained professionals who do nothing but Verizon and it shows! They definitely are worth it. Over the years, Ive worked with several of these folks and theyre all great!

Everyone was friendly and courteous. My Wireless Consultant Melvin Turner answered all my questions knowledgeably and with great patience. He was terrific!

I came in Sunday, I had accidentally done a factory reset on my phone. John was able to restore my most important information. He was so kind and courteous. I would recommend this store to everyone.

The staff was very helpful in getting us set up with a new phone. Tyler made the transition very smooth from the old to the new.

Customers are not valued at this location. We have had three very poor experiences within the last 24 months with three different representatives. Customer service has not been a focus point for this store according to our experience. Each time weve updated or made a purchase, we have had to contact a corporate store to correct the issues. I would not, nor could I, recommend this store.

On August 18, 2015 I received the worst customer service of my life. I entered the store to see about the new Iphone I saw two representatives and 1 customer other than me Im African American and they were Caucasian. After looking at the phone I went and stood next to the counter expecting to be greeted or asked if I needed help., some type of recognition which I never received. I feel as if I was discriminated upon and I do not plan to ever visit that store again!

Super good to get along with and very helpful with both the transfer and the passwords. Wow wish I had employees this consumed with getting it right the first time. Outstanding!!!!!

I used to have a Samsung galaxy note 4 and the pot for charging was going out so I need I was going to need a new phone. But the problem was I had a super old contract and I would have to buy me phone out right in order not to loose my plan that I was on. MELVIN TURNER explained everything, answered all my questions, and trust me I had a lot of questions. Not only did I buy a new phone I actually saved money by giving up my old contract and going to a new contract that had better benefits. This was not a good visit. The service representative lacked the basics in social skills (yawning loudly FOUR times during the course of our 45 minute visit, rudely requesting that we open phones, personal chatting with other employees, and as we thanked him for his help at the conclusion of our visit, he simply said Its what I do). We asked to have calls forwarded from one phone to the other and then turn off the first phone; although he said he had done this, when we got home and tried to call the phone to check for call forwarding, it didnt work.I called the store immediately, asked for the service rep and he said he would check into it and call me back. He never called and we had to make another trip to the store the next day.
