They charge over 100 a hour and none of them have any experience they are all 12 dollar mechanics in my opinion. They told me they have to call there friend to see how they need to fix a Hydralic problem. Which I figured if they are a Hydralic shop they should be able to do the work if they tell you they will. I wish they were good people that did good work but unfortunately that’s not the case. Would not ever recommend. You will be disappointed.

They told me that they would call and give me a heads up status on the truck and I called 4 days later and I got attitude from them and they threatened to have truck towed if I didn’t come and get it. He got mad because I wanted a updated status on my truck and told me to come and get the truck. I would never recommend them to work on anything. They can’t hold up to there promises at all. Promised to get my hose put in and couldn’t pull through. In a weeks time one hose. Then all I get is threats after threats.

Ask for a price before doing anything. Everything seemed rush-rush. The young guy screwed up the first hose...like I said rush rush rush. I made the mistake of assuming it would still be cheaper than a factory Case hose. I was wrong. They were friendly and rush rush rush but i think thats how they get ya. See the other persons review on the same issue of price. $164 and change for an 84 x 1O.D. hose. Follow up since they seem to be implying I never dealt with them. Heres the invoice with only my signature blacked out.

Hosemate rebuilt three different hydrolic cylinders for me. After getting them back and install one was not working quite right. I called in and they told me to bring it back and they would see if they could figure out what the problem was so I took it back. When I got the call that it was done I was expecting the old cylinder back but instead they gave me a brand new one free of charge because they were unable to get a seal kit to correctly match my old one. To me, that was above and beyond. Thank you for the great service!

Ive had hoses come back fine before but I just cant justify the cost when its shoddy work.

Went there to get big hose fixed. Got price on it I was flabbergasted by how expensive the price was. I went to Fabick got it fixed for half of Hose Mate. Not sure how long they will be around?
