This is definitely the place to get your phone cleaned. I had something stuck in the port of my phone, and the charging cable kept slipping out. So I took it to Velosity first. Whatever they did, it didnt help. My phone still wouldnt charge like it is supposed to. At this point Im thinking I might have to get the whole port replaced. But STS was right down the street, so I decided to give them a try anyway. And I sure am glad I did. A small plastic wrapper somehow got stuck in the port, and that was why my phone wouldnt charge very well. It only took about 5-10 minutes to have the port cleaned, and best of all, it didnt cost anything. A pleasant and knowledgeable gentleman by the name of Hunter (I think that was his name) saved me from having to get the port replaced. And he was very helpful with other questions about another device I had. If a manager reads this, please give him a raise. Much thanks STS and Hunter.

Fixed phone as promised. Easy on the wallet. Have insurance on the phone but with the deductible and actually losing my data it was cheaper and more convenient taking it to STS repair.

I went to repair my iPhone 7 port. They fixed it and it was fine. Then I realized that my Touch ID broke which was working perfectly fine before. However after going back they fixed it for free so in the end it was fine. However 2 weeks after, my I phone stopped getting cell service.

This shop is excellent for quick device repairs, battery replacement, screen and digitizer replacement, etc. The staff is so friendly, patient and cooperative that it makes going there a pleasure. They worked an issue on my iPhone 7 Plus and were just fantastic. The owner should be super proud of employees like Mitch who treats customers with the utmost respect. These guys are a class act. Went by because my charging port on my iPhone 8+ wasn’t working and I was having to charge from a pad which didn’t hold very long. I had been to ATT & Best Buy both today and was told I needed to complete insurance claim and pay $150 deductible. . This is such a wonderful, friendly and USEFUL place to visit when your I-Phone is misbehaving and your warranty is history. Plus, they are nice when you call for advice about things like whether to install new up-dates or not. For the real novice, like me, they even explained how to back up on your I-Cloud before you install so you wont lose everything or anything with the new install.

Had a new screen put on my iPhone 6. Screen cracked a couple weeks later. It’s been in a case and I haven’t dropped it. There’s no chips on it or anything. Called them and said I was out of luck. They put the cheapest screens on so they can make more money.

I was referred to STS after running over my IPhone with my boat trailer. I was making plans to buy a new phone when I contacted STS about recovering a backup. They said bring it by and we can fix you up. Upon arrival they said no need to recover the backup, we can fix it!! They replaced all the necessary components and straightened the frame like new. All with OEM parts! Way cheaper then the 100s for a new one!!

I would highly recommend them. The technician was very knowledgeable and friendly when I dealt with them. I also sent my mother there with an iPad problem. It was a problem that had an expensive part to actually fix and they let her know and that she would probably be better off getting a new iPad for what the cost difference would have been. I really appreciate that kind of honesty instead of someone just ordering a part and fixing it without asking what she wanted to do.
