What most people dont say, is how well they treat you while getting your haircut. These ladies at sports clips are fantastic everytime I am there, with myself and others as well. If you have children needing cuts, this would be a great place to being them. Ladies are always better with entertaining kids.

Beyond impressed with Carmen Pobst. Im normally picky about my cut , and skeptical on new people. But the service and products she used , top grade and you can tell shes skilled at what she does... Wont let anyone touch my hair from now on.

Have always gotten good service here - but last several times Ive tried to check in online - the wait time was either over an hour or they werent accepting any additional clients for the day. Ended up having to go someplace else. Have heard same thing from multiple friends that used to go here.(4/9/21) Sent my contact info as requested - but never heard back from anyone? Just got my hair cut - and can give you one guess as to where I did not go! :-(

I took my 4 yr old son in, who had beautiful blonde curly locks. I very specifically said just a slight trim and keep the length. The girl literally cut all of my sons hair off....every last beautiful curl! I cried in the lobby quietly, paid my Bill and even tipped her. I would never recommend this place. The haircut was not even a good short cut, my son looks ridiculous...like I cut his hair.

He first cut was hideous! It looked like it was cut with a machete. I went back for a correction at 0900 (opening time) and there was half a dozen people waiting, all for corrections to their haircut. The correction haircut was far better and acceptable.

I take my 13 year old here to get his hair cut. It is a little more expensive than some of the other places in my town, but they always listen to what he wants and he always has a great experience and leaves with a smile on his face! The girls are all very friendly and do a great job. He actually looks forward to going. (I think the shoulder massage is the game changer for him! Haha!)

We always go a sports clips nationwide. Great people with gray cuts.

First time I went there for a haircut. It was really good and Cynthia was awesome. I definitely recommend Sports Clips as a place, and Cynthia as a stylist.

My boyfriend went in for a fade similar to how he got his hair cut in California. The haircut was just okay. Not good. It also makes him uncomfortable and me upset when the girls there think rubbing up on men will get them a better tip.

Went in for simple haircut, was waited on immediately, and was impressed with cut. $16 haircut, very pleased with results. Will go again in couple of months.

Always do a great job and keep the styles I get on file so I dont have to explain it every time I get my haircut

Closest shave in the country-wth an electric shaver after using clippers first. Shampoo, hot towel and massage, make it all worthwhile.And then there is the NFL network playing in front of you.Wow!

Ok place for a simple haircut. I get flat tops and a lot of the ladies cant do them, but love the hot towels.

They are always diligent and kind with every customer to insure the right style is achieved. I always get a simple buzz cut, but my son prefers an up and over look and they always do a great job. The cost is slightly higher than the average barber, and there may be a lengthy wait when theyre busy, but customers can check in online via the Sport Clips app to avoid this. Great experience, safety precautions were followed and I received an exceptional hair cut from a talented and courteous professional.

Was a walk-in. Checked in to the kiosk and sat down. Waited 20 mins and my name was called. Nothing out of the ordinary there. However, when I was seated by the stylist; she asked if I had a mask.. I did, but it wraps around my head and it would be impractical to have on during a haircut. I explained this. She began to protest and say she would have to ask. When a gentlemen to my right wasnt wearing a mask at all and was being serviced as usual.Let me be blunt. I will not patron this business. I urge you all to avoid them. They are hypocritical and ridiculous.

My go-to place for all things haircuts. There are several stylists here that cut my hair exactly how I like. My advice is to find a couple you are happy with and check-in on line with the person you want.

Very impressed!Had a haircut a couple of months back which did not turn out quite the way I generally wear it (which I closer observe after a couple of days). Called the store asked for mgmt spoke with Katie and she could not have been any kinder about insisting I come back in to let her correct it, which I was very pleased with after she was finished!We do not live in a perfect world and from time to time in life things happen, but when taken care of properly with not only concern but a certain joyfulness in the way she was able to resolve the situation.Thanks Katie, you have established a long time customer!

It is exactly what you expect it to be. They do a good job of keeping the place clean and Ive never gotten a bad haircut. The staff is friendly for the most part. Highly recommend you use the online check-in option though because the wait can get a little long

Great place to chill for an hour if you want to get out of the house and waste your entire evening. Entered my number in their computer system. Only for my it to disappear from the wait list 4 people later. Instead of realizing I had been there for over an hour already they put my name back at the bottom and brought the 4 people who had gotten there after me back. After watching the 8th super MVP neck massage in a row I knew I had to leave. Didnt get a haircut but I did watch 5 innings of the cardinal game so overall the experience was amazing.

This is the only place my husband goes for his haircut. Brandy McCain is his favorite. Very knowledgeable to my husband picky needs. The staff is very professional and outgoing. Great job to the management and employees for keeping this place enjoyable and welcoming.

Fast service with good employees. But being a chain hair salon, you get a standard hair cut in 15 minutes or less. So if you want to look good and unique, come prepared with some hair styling ideas ;)

I had a great experience there every one was very nice and Harley did a great job no one has ever showed me great customer service like that. Harley is the best employee you could ever ask for she could run the business on her own she knew what she was doing and she made sure I left happy and wanting to come back and because of her I most certainly will come back and I will refer her and the store to every one I know

The girls are always so nice to me and work hard to give me the haircut I request. The wait is never too long and prices are fair. Once you get the MVP package with the massage at the end, you’ll be hooked!

Got a haircut from Abby yesterday (I know there are a few people with the same name; this was the Abby with the darker hair and tattoos) and I swear the woman is like the hair wisperer lol! My hair is thick, full of cowlicks and generally hard to cut. Few people get it right and it almost always comes out too short, uneven or doesnt lay right. When she was done though it matched the picture I had in my head exactly! She was super friendly, took her time, and provided a level of customer service that is rare these days. 15/10 would reccommend!

Great place! My husband loves the MVP. Its like a fun updated old school barber shop! They even give hot towels with every shampoo! Its great to have a place in Cape that specializes in men and boys haircuts. These stylists really know what they are doing!

Haircut was done quickly. Hairdresser was friendly. Beard trim was very well done. MVP package was little quicker than I remember from previous visits to other Sports Clips. But over all an A+. Definitely recommend.

Went there 3 times and got the same haircut I did not ask for. Showed them a picture to see if I could get somewhat that style but they butcher my hair everytime. Never will I ever go there again.

This is a great place for a haircut. They ask lots of questions and explain the techniques so you can get exactly what you want. Great mens stylists.

Staff are courteous and always make sure you have what you need. They try to make upsells every time though and that can get old. The excellent haircuts and treatments make up for it.

Jessica that cut my hair was super nice and was just overall nice to talk to. Very much a guy place with cute girls and sports on the tv. Overall it was a great first time and will go back again and again.

Its like a spa day for a guy. sports on the big screens, all kinds of options to choose from, hot towels, vibrating chairs, great cuts, excellent service, awesome staff. Ive never been disappointed.
