I recently had purchased a 2011 range rover and had some issues with my coolant system. I wanted them to look at the problem and give me a quote. He said he was unable to evaluate the problem without taking the car apart charging me $90 an hour which ended up being more like $131 an hour. Just to look and tell me information. They over changed me because I toldThem I found a cheaper place. I won’t be going back.

The lady at the desk is rude and very unpleasant to deal with worst experience ever i was over Charged and had to bring car bck less than a week only to have to wait another week for them to fix what was supposed to be fixed dont waste your time or money here !!!

Whelp three swings and three strikes. 1) after diagnosis, their labor quote and part markup was high, but the job was easy. Even though I paid for diagnosis, they gave me the wrong part numbers making it difficult for me to do it myself. Once I figured out the correct parts, the fix took 15 minutes and cost a fraction of the quote for parts. 2) they quoted over book for a job and I went somewhere else. 3) Had brakes acting up weird on a vehicle. Had Pro-Auto check them the day before a road trip. Got the all clear. Brakes failed mid trip the next day. Left me stranded 90 minutes away.

Theyre awesome! I called to get my sketchy car checked out so I could go home for the holiday. They were so kind and fit me in that day, once I got there they took my car straight back. They could have easily taken advantage of me, but they assured me my car didnt need any immediate repairs and I was good to go. Im so grateful for them, would highly recommend!

Once again, a perfect job well done!They changed the brakes and they did need to be replaced every one of them. Personable and knowledgeable. They were prepared and knew exactly what to do.The extra mile....Jim and Stacey always go the extra mile!!! I’ve been a loyal, satisfied customer for many years. Do not go!! They are scam artists! I went in for an oil change and tail light bulb change. I brought in the light bulb for them. It only needed one. A few days later, I was pulled over because the entire tail light was out. I paid $16 for them to screw in a light bulb and discovered it wasnt done properly! I called in. The lady was beyond rude and told me that since I didnt buy their light bulb, it probably shorted the circuits, and I would have to pay them to fix it. Are you kidding me? No way! I took it to Jackson Tire Center. They found out the tail light wasnt plugged back in! Thats all! A basic, basic, simple step. They also discovered that my oil was a pint and a half low!!! Theft at best. Oh and my friends car was over a pint low as well after an oil change at pro auto. They charged her $800 for break pads and some other break related things. We found out that another place would have done it for much cheaper. Bad people. Bad mechanics.Jackson Tire Center fixed their mistakes for me for free after I told them what happened. Those are true mechanics that dont prey on young women. I will never go back to Pro Auto and will advocate against anyone in the area going there.

I brought my car there because it was making a loud squeaking noise that sounded like a belt. Also the engine light was on. Without running a diagnostic test, Pro Auto determined that the issue was an AC compressor. They assured me that it wasnt a belt. A day later, the timing belt broke causing damage to the whole engine. Now our car is worthless. This could have been prevented. Not happy with the outcome and I highly recommend going anywhere else in Cape.

Not very happy with their ability to communicate with me. Told me they would have my jeep done on thursday, I had it towed to thier shop on monday. Friday morning I called to check on the progress and was informed they havnt gotten to it yet. Receptionist informed me the their mechanic took off for a week due to his wifes pregnancy and that it would be next week before they could even look at it. After I got off the phone I contacted another shop thats bigger and better equipt with mechanics, having to pay another tow bill to move it to this new shop. In the meantime Staci from Pro Auto calls back and informs me that they wouldnt even to be able to get to it for another 2 weeks, stating they just dont have the mechanics to get the job done, that they book two weeks out. Which in my opinion is a piss excuse for how they run their buisness. Lack of communication and irresponsibility in the way they do buisness was my sign to move on. I would never recondmend pro auto to do any real mechanic work on any ones car except maybe oil changes but then I hear theyre sketchy at that, leaving cars low on oil and some even blowing up after full engine replacement.

My engine blew so I took my car their to have them put in a used engine. Paid an arm and a leg got it back the SAME DAY I WAS SITTING ON THE Side OF THE ROAD With A BROKEN Down CAR !!!! One extremely pissed off first and last time customer
