I always find whatever I need at Sams club. Store is well stocked and clean.

I drove by the Port Charlotte Sams club today and see their premium gas is 3.11. How is it that we in Cape Coral are paying 3.35 ?? Someone please explain why we are getting gas gouged! Dont tell me there closer to the refinery.

The worst shopping experience I ever had. If I could get my membership fee back I would do to get rid of this membership.The customer service is bad as hell. One Lady her name starts with „C“ is NOT trained and slow like a snail. It take hours to have answers or returns done. The self check outs are not working really good and the the check outs where a person is doing this is just one and crowded as well.If you buy some gift cards make sure they have it stock. Usually they are out.

This location is always clean and well organized. The associates want out of their way to help me find an item. They have a great return policy. Charlene, at customer service is a gem💎She helped me return a freezer. There was some confusion with the online return process. Charlene was friendly and never got frustrated with me or the situation. She was a huge help. I highly recommend this store over others in the area.

Good place to shop for groceries. My husband got his eye glasses there, and was very pleased with them. thank goodness! Its always been a struggle before. He did not have his eyes checked there though. he brought in a prescription.

The only drawback I can see theres never enough cashier. If I wanted to do my own check out that would just do it with Amazon girl. Outside of that its one great store

For over a year Alex who works in the pharmacy has excellent customer service. She is always cheerful and pleasant to talk too. She knows me by name as well as other customers which I think adds the extra personal touch of making the process pick up and check out so much quicker. She deserves praise for being a super star!

Very hit and miss like everywhere else. Personnel is awesome though!! Cant beat theyre hot pizza for 10 bucks good deal and its huge.... Looking forward to them getting their stock straightened out.... FYI...Just because they say they have it in stock doesnt mean they do.

I buy steak and chicken for my dogs. Yes they are very lucky dogs. I have been buying meat at this store for awhile now. There were no bottom steaks (@$2.98 lb.) at the store yesterday. Actually there wasnt much at all in the meat cases.This sirloin tip was in the case, I asked one of the butchers if he could slice it for me, he stated they had a new policy. He could slice it, but instead of the $2.98 lb. price, I would have to pay $4.70 lb. for the same piece of meat. HE WOULD HAVE CHARGED ME $20.78 EXTRA to slice this sirloin tip.THIS IS WRONG.NEVER HAD A BUTCHER CHARGE ME TO SLICE MEAT.LOOKING FOR A NEW SOURCE.LAST YEAR OF MY MEMBERSHIP.

I like Sams club, but I dont like that our country has turned into a serve yourself type country. What has happened to the person greeting you and happy to serve. First it was gas, now it is groceries. Look around, more self serve check out stations than ones with personal. Nobody wants to work, Nobody wants to pay workers. Sorry, what was the question?

Clean, friendly, quick. The store was well stocked for the majority of the items I was looking for. They did not have the granola sugar free cereal I wanted and no cottage cheese of any kind.

Always plenty to choose from. A few items we had to go to walmart for but bought most of it here. Big open spaces. Not crowded. Easy to shop here.

Great tire shop, but since that only makes up maybe a fifth of the property, its the only nice thing I can say. Newer management ruined the atmosphere.

Having a broken foot unable to get out and around ....i got ride to Sams and wanted to buy Mobil1 synthetic oil...After hobbling around store I finally located it with help of employee...i was told I can NOT get sale price till tomorrow !I left Sams with nothing but pain!

Great variety and had most of what I needed.

I went there this morning around 8:30am and the showed my card to get in. I did my shopping for a party we are having today, about $300 worth. I get to the checkout and was refused because I did not have the early membership, the woman said that I can upgrade for “only $24 more”. Thanks but I am not paying $24 on top off the $300 I was going to gladly pay, have fun putting all my stuff back on the shelves.........

The cashier Mel, was incredibly friendly and helpful and knew what she was doing. The female manager on shift quickly printed out a new receipt for me when I misplaced mine, all the while another employee took out everyones trash. This shows me a super professional team environment while helping us feel comfortable and safe. Thanku to all the Sams club employees! XOXO

I had a bad experience while getting gasoline at the Cape Coral facility. The associate who works at the gas pumps was standing and socializing with friends while the cars behind them were backing up and becoming congested. Then some rude person drives his truck in front of everyone and takes the next open spot. I honked my horn to detest their inconsiderateness and the associate just stood there and done nothing and kept talking. THEN.....when I finally was ready to go next the associate stood IN FRONT OF MY CAR and let his friend who was talking to him go next. How RUDE and unprofessional!!!! Why is he even there if he’s causing traffic jams and rude to customers. I truly hope something is done about such rediculous treatment of an unhappy customer. Something needs done to better organize who is next in line and avoid such stressful situations (especially by an associate who works for Sams). This occurred during Sunday March 28th at 2:30 in the afternoon. The older associate was NOT wearing his Sams vest, has a grey ponytail and was wearing jeans shorts.

I just left Store #4857 in Cape Coral. I dont go out often, and I was totally blown away with the cleanliness of the store. The Associates were all pleasant and beyond helpful. Carts were disinfected prior to being given out. I will definitely reccomend this store to others. Thanks for listening to an old mans ravings.

Liked Sams better when their prices beat Wal-Mart. Pricing TVs and Wal-Mart beats them now. Probably our last year for membership.

Well stocked clean store but needs better organization at check out, more cashiers and less self check out. People are always backed up down the aisles when I go there not knowing where to stand or where the lines start and end. It was a mess yesterday when I was there.

Best sams club i have been at. The entrance and exit are on the same area unlike the one in fort myers. Parking is not as hectic. The layout was very nice for us and they have more choices. Overall great experience.

If I knew I could get a refund on the dues I paid to join there I would resign my membership and shop at costco or at Bj. Your associate at the door watched my wife and I grab some empty boxes on the way out and put them on the top of the cart I made sure to leave him access to get to items to scan. As we came up to him he told me to remove the boxes from the cart. It was the tone of his voice and his eye language that set me off. I complied with his demand without saying anything. He should be very grateful that this wasnt 30 years ago because he would have had a major problem. His name is John and he should be put somewhere that he has no contact with the public. As soon as my membership expires I will no longer shop at your store. I refuse to pay a store to be treated like that.

I like Sams because they have more typical brands. Cosco have a lot of off brands

Sams Club is a Blue Collar store. They have good sections and value. There meats are wonderful. Biggest complaint is they did away with customers service counter. The cube design they are now using is mass confusion.

Sams Club is good if you have a small business. It particularly has things a small business uses. Such things like envelopes commercial mop buckets receipts cash register things like that. I really wish my Sams Club had carpet shampoo. Other Sam clubs to you but not mine mine

Sams Club is one of my favorite stores in Cape Coral. Opens early in the morning for plus Members. Clean, large selection of everything, excellent prices on outdoor patio furniture. All works were wearing masks, nice selection of fresh fruit and vegetables.

Scan n Go is the only way to go! No lines.

Lots of great deals always friendly and courteous especially during these covid times..... distancing is fine. they sanitize the carts. I have the business account and we do enjoy the extra perks. it is well worth it!

This is the perfect club. It is clean, employees were wearing masks and the crew is always helpful. Prices are starting to creep up a little but still better than most other places. The self checkout is very convenient and simple to use. This place saves me from going to at least 3 other stops..

The place is clean. Planty of place to was upa round the store. If you need or feel to clean your hands. The people are help full and treaty you great. Still no place to seat but you can still get meal to go. Plus they have a machine to get a cold bottle of water at good price. 25 cent.

I believe that this Sams club it top tier Sams club. Honestly better then fort Myers. Though I will say they need more staff for some days

This particular store is better than the one in Fort Myers. The employees are nicer and more helpful. I order online sometimes and its simple to go in and pick up your order. The store is clean and organized.

WENT THERE TODAY 3/24/20 , GOT THERE ABOUT 8:45am, at least #100 IN LINE, AN EMPLOYEE EVERY FIVE MINUTES WAS EXPLAINING WHAT WAS TAKING PLACE, ONCE YOU ENTERED THE STORE EMPLOYEES WERE DIRECTING YOU TO THE ESSENTIAL ITEMS & ANSWERING ANY AND ALL QUESTIONS PEOPLE HAD. ALL EMPLOYEES WERE POLITE AND HELPFUL.I RATE THIS LOCATION A TEN (10) AND THANK EACH AND EVERY EMPLOYEE FOR THEIR DEDICATION AND HARD WORK !

Pick up was fast and easy using the Sams Club App. App tells you when order is ready. Parking up front. Then you use the app to enter your parking space number. A sams employee brought my item to my car quickly. I then for got a few thing and need to go inside. Employees were all hard working and keeping thing clean. Thank You.

Low on meat selections, hut it was Monday . The Cape Coral store is laid out differently. Always forget the bead type items on 1st swipe it stuff back in the corner of the store. Always have to go back to get bead type items

As usual store is very clean and well stocked. A very positive surprise was all customers and staff were wearing protective face masks. Thumbs up Walmart for instituting this policy to protect customers..

I usually go shopping here when they first open. Afternoons, evenings, and weekends can be hectic because there are so many other shoppers. The staff is always helpful and the store rarely has items out of stock.

We have been loyal members for 4 years. we are deeply disappointed the last 2 years.- we cannot find products we loved and used to buy, like Pueblo’s pride coffee, Tyson chickens,Members marks instant coffee, and so on .. the list is long.- Prices are not so great, many times we see cheaper prices at walmart.- We were vip members but after our cashback rewards was stolen TWICE !!!, and the staff was so unhelpful, left us to do everything by ourself ... we wasted hours of phone calls talking with Sams club headquarters. It was settled down eventually and we got the money back - after a lot of arguing and energy wasted.- Many of their deals are simply not good enough, and we found better deals elsewhere for example, car battery and car tiers had much better deals at Walmart.- when Covid-19 started they started the mask mandate and dropped many of the services we loved such as the nice food sitting area, the food taste corners, etc ...We already cancelled our VIP (plus) membership a month ago, but we decided no to stop completely our membership.We feel that we just don’t get what we pay for, The whole shopping experience is gone and there is no reason for us to pay 50$ for membership in such shopping conditions.

Their gas prices are the cheapest around, especially for premium and rec fuel. Many of the name brand quality foods ( SARGENTO, PLANTERS) are not being carried anymore and have been replaced by lower quality (read not as tasty) store brands.

We were ableto get in and get what we needed and get out in no time.

Considering the Corona they were wrll stocked. Employees helpful. They need to do sonething about the awful selection of cat food, only have shredded stuff our cat wont eat, never have tonic water, today no tea bags? Boneless chicken breast sale today 10# for $14.98. however be prepared to slice down to size the largest chicken breasts youve ever seen
