This was a great, family-friendly home. The safety fence around the pool, pack and play, and high chair made our stay here effortless. The property manager took care of an issue we had within an hour of us notifying him.

We all felt very welcomed, and had a wonderful vacation with many new family memories. We can see the owners take great pride in ensuring their guests have everything they could possibly need and more. When we saw the pictures of the home prior to booking we hesitated based on previous experience; however, this time the pictures spoke a million words. Once we arrived at the property we could not believe that this time the pictures were exactly what we saw. The home is located in a very nice and quiet residential neighborhood. The patio & pool area is private and tranquil from the outside world. We were all very honored to have been guests in their your home. Thank you for sharing your good fortune.

What a fantastic visit to Villa Palm Island in Cape Coral. The house is tastefully furnished throughout. Scan and Anke have thought of everything you need or want to have. Given it’s proximity to the beach, they provide beach gear, bicycles, coolers etc. The pool is pristine and a great getaway for the family. You truly feel at home away from home. This was our third time staying at Villa Palm Island, and it never disappoints! I was excited about the prospect of going to October Fest in this “German Town”. Given its rich German history and many German locals, their October Fest rivals Munich’s. And the best part is the host Sven was in town from Germany, and invited us to join him to the Fest! Amazing time, wonderful company and food. Villa Palm Island is our staple when we visit Florida. Our kids talk about how much fun and always ask when we are going back. 5 stars!

5 stars +We spent 3 weeks in the beautiful Villa Palm Island in Cape Coral. The house is just a dream. The photos on the homepage convinced us when choosing a holiday home. But on the ground everything was even more beautiful. Already on arrival at the house we were overwhelmed by the beautiful and very well-kept palm garden. The villa is very tastefully and high quality furnished and equipped. Upon arrival, we found a good bottle of wine and chilled drinks in the large American fridge. The large terrace and the very large pool were our favorite place in the house. We have been to Cape Coral 5 times in various holiday homes but no house has convinced us as the Villa Palm Island. Everything was perfect from the booking to the final bill. The very nice contact with the landlord and the perfect on-site support have 5 star + earned. We can only recommend Villa Palm Island and will gladly come back.

A very tasteful + timelessly beautifully furnished villa in which nothing was missing. We immediately felt very comfortable and were able to fully enjoy our vacation. The pool safety net also contributed to this, since we have two small children. When the big one swam in the swimming pool, we didnt have to worry about the little one falling into the water.Very good and nice communication with the property management who always had time and good advice.All shops are in the vicinity (Publix, Walmart, restaurants).The nearby Cape Harbor marina is ideal for walking.Further trips to Miami, Fort Myers Beach or the wonderful islands of Sanibel, Captiva are recommended.Recommended for all ages!Family E. wishes you all the bestp.s. hope to see you soon

Vacation home VILLA PALM ISLAND in Cape Coral, Florida - dream vacation in paradiseWe were allowed to spend 3 weeks at Villa Palm Island. The house is located in a very neat and quiet neighborhood on a very large corner lot. The location in the beautiful southwest of Cape Coral is perfect. A Publix supermarket and other shops are close by and can even be reached by bike. You can also walk to Cape Harbor Marina.The Villa Palm Island is very tastefully furnished to a high standard. You can tell immediately that the owners often use the house themselves. The pool and the terrace are just a dream. Because the terrace and the pool face south, you have sun most of the day. Our granddaughter didnt want to get out of the pool anymore. In the evening you can illuminate the pool, also in different colors. The German property management on site is very friendly and looked after us excellently. We will be back definitely.
