Was told it would be a 45 minute wait but ended up being a hour and half wait. Had to call twice to see where guy was first he said he had to stop somewhere else so I said ok I understand then another 20 mins goes by so I call again and he said he’s just few more mins away but ended up being another almost 20 mins. I mean if they tell you it’s a 45 min wait it’s because I figured they are 45 mins away and coming straight to ya not making pit stops along the way.This is my response to your reply to you the owner! First off my car did not need a tow it was a lock out and no he was not on time when I had to wait an hour and half vs 45 minutes. I was with my car in Walmart parking lot the whole time. How you assume I was another customer based on my review is strange. No where in my review did I mention a tow.

Very professional very clean they had masks very dependable I was broke down at a gas station and I had my baby with me they made sure we were safe they were fast and had me back on the road in minutes you guys are my hero

Service was very unprofessional, workers arguing, not wearing masks, and owner did not want to send a tow truck. Very unprofessional company and reported the owner to the police.

The owner was unprofessional by cursing me out and hanging up on me after I requested a tow service and not road side. He then proceeded to threaten me upon arrival. Would not recommend this illegitimate company to anyone.

There name alone had me so intriguedI have a 1967 Dodge Challenger that’s I had since I was 16 I had to get it towed to the paint shop and I’m very particular on tow companies I gave these guys a try and the owner was very professional gave me a really good price felt like they were family doing this tow I would highly recommend them to all the muscle car lovers and Everyone they were here in 20minsCouldn’t be more satisfied

My motorcycle broke down I was stuck in tons of traffic they were passing by stopped helped me out of the way so I wouldn’t get hit and loaded my bike gave me a great price very professional if I could rate 10 stars I would good job guys keep up the good work good bless
