Unfortunately, the pool company we hired to do the job did not meet our expectations, nor did they give us what we thought we were getting. What a disappointment, not to mention the time and money spent.I know most people look at reviews online to decide what company they are going to use, no matter what work they are looking to do. We picked the top 3 companies (that had great reviews) who refinish pools in the Lee County area.  We had them come out to our house, told them what we wanted and listened to what they said they could do for us.We decided to go with Florida Quality Pools because of the professionalism and knowledge, as well as the reviews they have online.  The reviews online were as true as can be.Randy, the owner, came to our house to get the measurements, to see what kind of finish we wanted and to really learn what we were expecting to see as the final product. His main focus is clearly client satisfaction and quality control.Randys team was just amazing. They came on time every day and they were very professional...not to mention, they know their stuff!! They are perfectionists, just like Randy. The part that really stood out to us is Randy came everyday to ensure everything was as close to perfect as could be.In the end, our pool is PHENOMENAL!! WE LOVE every single detail about it. The work they did, was originally what we had envisioned. Florida Quality Pools took our average pool, and made it a dream pool!! Randy was professional and his team did a fantastic job of resurfacing my pool. When it was finished it had more glass than even the most expensive company had offered. Absolutely Fantastic Job! I couldnt be happier with Randy and his team. They were professional, personable, reasonable, and dependable. They drained my pool, took the pool down to the cement and re-plastered it, put in a beautiful tile and took out my old hand rail and filled the pool back up in 2 days! They were on time every day and left my patio spotless each day. In addition, my weekly pool guy wasnt available to do the start up afterwards which was unplanned. Randy stepped in and he and his guys came over and did the start up for me for free and helped me order a new filter and taught me how to clean the pool until my pool guy could come back. Randy text me daily to ensure I was testing the chemicals and adding products needed while he was on his vacation out of town.... Randy and his team resurfaced our old pool that was very dated. I must have sent him 50 emails through the process and he always responded promptly at all times of morning and night. The job was done when he said it would be, he even altered a few cosmetic things last minute for us. We are very happy with the job.

Florida Quality Pools, with Randy as the owner, is true to the name. Everything was first rate. our 19 year old pool had developed a crack that has been masked by the auto fill. Randy provided various options as an attempt to keep the repair cost lower. Ultimately the pool required significant work and a complete resurface. Randy scheduled the job on our time line. As the resurface progressed, he provided updates and explanations of what was being accomplished. His crew were professional, pleasant and worked to get the job done. The end result was a great looking, leak free pool. He handled the restart and made sure that all was to his high standard. Glad to endorse this professional.

I inherited a 30 yr old pool. When resurfacing became a must, Randy was recommended by my pool service company, Bobbin pools. Randy’s team initially planned a repair but we decided a resurface was more prudent. Ultimately we used Randy’s team to resurface the deck with pavers and over see the selection and installation of a new cage. We cannot say enough good things about Randy and his crew. Randy resurfaced, added new tile and new coping to a old and drab looking pool. Now we look modern and colorful!! Having never been a pool owner, let alone going through remodeling of one, Randy was forever patient with my forever string of questions. And I learned a bunch!! And he went above and beyond when I had an irrigation pipe let loose on me, coming over that night to shut it down. (Never had a sprinkler system before either, ha!) Excellent work, we had a custom color it is amazing. My wife absolutely loves how our pool looks now. Randy found problems that later would have been more costly and fixed them at no charge. From start to finish they were excellent at explaining the whole process and why. I would recommend them to anyone. P.S. I didnt have to clean up after them. YEAH!!

Called to get an appointment for an estimate, as they were a referral from my pool service company. Man said they would come out on Tuesday, and call the night before with time. No call, no show. Called few days later, same promise. Again no show, no call.**Update: Please call my cell to reschedule - and I did speak to someone twice, a 2nd appointment was scheduled, no call, no show. No mention of Covid, but I understand your concerns. Changing my review.

We called Florida Quality Pools to get information on pool resurfacing. Randy set up an appointment with us and answered all our questions and explained all our options. We got the impression that Randy was being straight and honest with us. His crew showed up on time on the day it was agreed the work would start. They were hard working and took care to keep everything as clean as possible. They put drop cloths around the pool on the deck. It was obvious that they really cared about the way their work looked. We are delighted the way the pool looked when work was completed. They also did a great clean up job when they finished. We definitely recommend Florida Quality Pools for pool resurfacing.

Randy, Ben and the crew were exceptional before, during and after the project was complete. I had them resurface the pool, install a pool heater and convert to salt. The quality of the work was excellent. Randy goes way above and beyond with his customer service and responsiveness. Im a snow bird and gone for 6 months at a time. Randy stopped by on his own several months after the job was complete, while I was up north, noticed something that needed attention and took care of it totally unsolicited.
