Since being notified in early July that the owner wanted to sell our rental, we have received the worst possible service. We advised we were interested in buying but nobody called. Weeks later people started showing up to view the house before we could ever make an offer. We finally got an offer in and it was accepted. Then at closing we reached out to recover our security deposit. Was told “it was probably in your closing” and to “call back if it wasn’t.” It has been almost 3 weeks of calling and leaving voicemails with no returned calls. We just today finally received a call that we can pickup our check and was told nobody could answer or call me back because “we’ve been really busy with important meetings” with obvious attitude. They have even called and sent letters to vacate property after closing as if we were still renting but not paying. The worst experience.

Terry and her team went above and beyond with helping me purchase investment property. Terry is very knowledgable about the local market and very responsive. I would definitely call Terry again! Thank you.

I can’t stand this place. We made a maintenance request on 5/6 about our microwave not working and they called us that day asking us to try to troubleshoot it and when we did what they told us to do it sparked. The guy on the phone said to leave it alone and we will get a new one. Haven’t heard ANYTHING from them since. Have tried to get in contact with the office, no one will respond. On top of going a week (could be more, who knows when this place will even help us) without a microwave, 2/3 of the bedroom doors will not close. Made a maintenance request about that as well on 5/3 and literally haven’t heard a thing from them. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Very unprofessional I have been contacting Cynthia Garcia since August of 2020 it is now July 2021 and she doesnt answer. I have been renting a house from them since July of last year. After this lease NEVER again!! I called to get a copy of my lease emailed to me and the lady in the office hung up on me with an attitude. Very rude and unprofessional !!!! Need some customer service skills.

I’ve been working with Terry Duffy for a few weeks and she is simply awesome. I’m from out of state so it’s crucial that I have a local contact that is trustworthy, knowledgeable, experienced, responsive. She is all of those things and pretty fun to work with even if most of our contact is on email. I will continue to use Terry for all my real estate needs in the future.

This is the worst rental agency I have ever dealt with. They do not return your phone calls, the property managers are shady and don’t answer maintenance requests. The broker Travis doesn’t get back to you nor does he care that the people working on these properties are just taking their tenants around in circles. Cynthia is absolutely a terrible property manager. If and when they do fix something it is never the right way, or even the bare minimum. This office ,whether it is Weichert or Marshall Reddick, is one giant scam. I would highly recommend finding someone else. Can’t say enough about how unprofessional, rude and down right disgusting this agency is.

She found us a HOME (Not a House) and worked hard with us while keeping in contact while we were still in Michigan. Please consider another realtor in the Cape Coral area if you are looking to rent, buy or just vacation. This office is a joke. Very unprofessional. They never call you back, including the owner Travis. Use Uptown if you are looking for professional people. We rented from Weichert and they never get back to you in your time of need. Nothing ever gets fixed, but make sure you pay your rent on time or the owner sneaks out in the middle of the night to post your door. He’s afraid of people. Just take my word, there’s much better out there.

Weichert Gulf Coast has been our property management company the last year and we have been very happy with them. We recently had some flood damage and an insurance claim in one of our units and our team of Travis, the owner, and Cynthia, our property manager, quickly moved into action making sure that there was minimal damage. They sent pictures to me and then set up all of the repairs and assisted throughout claims process. They even had the unit re-rented very quickly! I also appreciated that they kept me informed throughout the process, via phone, text, email and pictures of the progress. Thank you Travis and Cynthia!!

Joanna Rinella has been managing our rental property for over 2 years. She is very friendly and easy to talk to and always willing to help. When the Hurricane Irma hit southwest Florida Travis and team did an excellent job of communicating the conditions and followed up on issues that arose. Anytime I have a question about accounting Kim responds with great explanation. Terry Duffy helped us purchase our property and was great to work with, super responsive and always willing to assist with any questions even after we purchased our property.

I bought several duplexes with Terry Duffy as my agent over 2 years ago. I have been very happy with all my purchases. For my first duplex, I was very skeptical because anybody in sales I am just very careful. Then for my last 2 duplexes, I totally trusted her. I stopped doing my own research and just went by her word. She really puts her clients first. In other words, I dont think she will sell you something knowing you wont be happy. Also the person who manages my property Joanna Rinella is really good too. I also used 4 other management companies for different properties and Joanna is the best I can find. She will keep you updated on the property well, she responds when contacted, and when there are repairs she looks for the best deals with reputably companies.

I was with them for two years, never really had any major issues. When it came time to moving out I was worried they would try and keep my security deposit like everybody tries to do but no, they kept their word just as I kept the place in good condition. Receptionist Emily is always kind and easy to talk to. I showed up after hours to pay rent ( it was like 1702) and she was still there and took my payment i didnt expect that. Nicole who is my property manager is very kind and was even concerned about my young daughter having mouth surgery and even checked on us a week after she was recovering. My fridge went out and she was very apologetic that she couldnt get anyone out to me on a Sunday but the following day she was right on it. Thank you Nicole for putting up with my craziness and being thoughtful about the issues of the fridge and my daughters surgery.

At first all was well, moved in and things with the house started not working: air, hot water. Both which were essential to me, however my realty story thought otherwise and beated around the bush way too much and way too long for stuff to get done. In the end they sold the house I was living in to another contractor, showed up random times to show people the house. Kept my pet deposit and would not give it back after they sold the house. Very unprofessional people at the office in Cape Coral. I would steer clear of this place. Such a waste of time and effort.

We own dozens of rental properties within the Florida market and MRS manages a large percentage of them. We had other property managers prior to engaging MRS and frankly their service was inferior. When we transferred our account to MRS, we knew we had made the correct decision. Our tenants even thanked us for doing it! We also invest in land and rehab properties, acquiring them from various sources. MRS has special knowledge and experienced staff in all areas of property purchasing and selling as well as a strong knowledge of the latest changes in Florida real estate law. Thievesssss of the worst, scammers of the worst, it is the worst company that exists !!! Never rent with them !!!- [] Hello, I wrote this letter above two months ago and I removed it because I received a call from Lisa Brito (one of their agents) telling me to remove the review that she was going to deal with my claim. I tell you what my claim is ... I was rented with this company for two years, since we moved we had many problems, in those two years about seven or eight times we had big clogs in the bathroom, well; We decided that we had to leave the house because they came and fixed it and after two months the same thing happened, anyway !!! supposedly they had to return the fund to us since we always paid the rent on time and returned the house even better than we received it, days before leaving the house I contacted this agent (Lisa Brito) and asked her if I had to pay for the water or they discounted it and she told me to pay for it myself and I did and even though I paid it and (eye) I have my bill paid; they also charged me from my fund, they also deducted a late payday According to them, I had to leave the house on August 1 and I returned the keys on July 27, that is, three days before I had to deliver them. The agent who attended us Mrs. Johana Rinella, what can I tell you about her, so unprofessional, supposedly she did the inspection of the house and also deducted 275 dollars, I dont know what, because even they dont know how to explain only this person and He never gave us his face because he never answered the phone. Well, I really had no hope that they would return this $ 275 but I thought at least they would return the water bill and the late payment because they told us that they would return it to us that they had made a mistake. Well gentlemen they never sent us ANYTHING 👎. I reiterate that they are the worst thieves, the worst scammers and the worst professionals (if you can call them that) in this branch. Never require their service .....
