Until recently I was a customer for the past two years for weekly pool service. When I noticed a week ago that my pool was looking dirty, I looked at the videos from my camera system and found that for the prior 4 weeks, the tech was merely skimming the pool, not vacuuming, not cleaning the filter or the basket, or cleaning the walls of the pool. Adding insult to injury is that when I asked Cory for the service logs, the tech had lied about the work that had been done. What really angered me was that when I brought this to Corys attention, he told me the tech would be fired and replaced with someone else. The next week, the same thing happened. I saw the log from the tech and he once again lied about doing work that he hadnt done (its one thing not to do the work, but another to lie about it). When I questioned Cory he said he was hiring new techs and things would be better in the future. If it were my business, I would have been working nights and weekends to make sure that my bad tech didnt repeat what had been happening previously. Corys answer was that if he didnt send the bad tech, he wouldnt have been able to send anyone. If its your business, then work nights and weekends. Dont send a bad employee and say its better than nothing. Ironically I originally used Cory for landscaping service too, but that didnt work out. His landscaping crew didnt address the weeds, and rushed through the work. Cory is a really nice guy - Im just not sure he should be working for himself if he cant take responsibility for what his employees do.

Cory and his team are awesome. Our landscaping gets compliments all the time. They completely transformed our backyard! I highly recommend them.

Karen T said it best. While the first few months seemed fine, over time our lawn and property deteriorated using this company.This is 100% accurate. At first they were doing a great job and after sometime it went down hill. You have to constantly remind them of what to do because they are not consistent. Example we pay for Mowing & Edging, Hedges, Shrubs and Ornamental plants to be pruned as needed and Weed control chemically or manually when needed. When my husband approached the workers about the weeds they said they dont do that. I called/ texted the owner and he rectified the situation. The mower they use does leave tracks of mud on our lawn.They have ruined property; 2 solar lights, a huge pot I have in the yard and most recently, took the bottom half of our gutter. They are careless. These are things I have texted CJ about and now get no response or acknowledgment from him when I do alert him. The solar lights and pot are material things but its the point of the workers being careless with property.Im so tired of repeating myself with the workers & alerting the owner. I speak Spanish as well so its not a language barrier here. At this point I feel they just dont care and wanna get the job done and move on to the next quicklyThe picture I will add is of today 7/29/20, after I specifically spoke with 2 workers and told them I wanted the fountain grass to be trimmed on the sides to give a clean look. I got this instead. Again its not miscommunication when I spoke Spanish.
