I called a month in advance for a moving on 5/31/21. Got a quote, they asked for pictures. They said the date was open. I did not hear from them and no contract, so I called them Only to find out yesterday, 5/8 that Sorry, we are booked. That is not professional, I now have to rush and find some other company. I am helping My daughter, a single mother of two who have to move that day. Not cool. And they had good reviews. So sad and disappointed. Good luck to you all. We have used Frank and Sons for several moves over the years as we have moved around Cape Coral several times. We recommended them to my parents, and some friends over the years and all of us have been extremely happy with their service. The crew has always been careful, courteous and patient with us as sometimes we dont know exactly where we want our stuff until it gets brought through the door, lol. They always have the proper tools and equipment to handle anything you need. They are experienced movers and can manage getting everything where it needs to go. We recently moved our business as well, and Frank and Sons handled a large amount of big filing cabinets and huge flat file drawer cabinets for maps and plans we use in our business. The owner, Jim, is a pleasure to deal with and has always given us an estimate and sticks to it. No hidden or extra fees ever. We recommend Frank and Sons highly for both residential and commercial moves.

Frank and Sons Moving did a great job for me. They provided me with a fair estimate to move and held to the price. There was no holding my goods hostage for more money.Jim and his crew showed up on time and had my entire household loaded within 3 hours. They were amazing. They did everything they could to accommodate me, including loading items I originally forgot to mention.I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great moving experience. Terrible service via phone--old woman with raspy smokers voice and no phone etiquette wanted nothing to do with a quote, asked my moving date first and was quick to tell me she had nothing until 5 days after with no follow up or offer to call if anyone cancels etc. This company had good reviews and was a promising option but lost this sale based on that call.

We just moved from Florida to Maryland late July 2020 with Frank and Sons of Cape Coral. The process was easy with a prompt in person estimate by Donna and excellent office arrangements with Robin. We ended up paying less than the estimate and getting our furniture sooner than expected.

Five Stars without a doubt.When I received the invoice for less than the estimate, I was floored.Plus the employees were first rate and knowledgeable, worked non-stop and completed the move with no damage.Hope I never need to move again, but if I do, Frank & Sons will get the job.

In our most recent move from Tampa to Naples, we chose to use Frank and Sons instead of a Tampa based mover because of our outstanding past experience with them. On moving day, the team was on time, professional, proficient, fun and careful of both my belongings and my house.In each move they packed our belongings as if they were their own and moved our possessions into their storage facility. When the time came to move into our new homes and retrieve our items from storage, they were exceptionally accommodating with dates, delivered our possessions on time and undamaged.I am impressed with the entire operation from first contact and receiving an estimate to packing, moving and storage. I had never been impressed by any local mover Ive hired UNTIL I hired Jim Gravedoni and his stellar work crew at Frank and Sons Moving and Storage. Jim, the Owner, came out on a Saturday to bid the job and I immediately felt at ease with our move when we decided to hire him for the job.Jim was gracious to accommodate our hectic moving schedule and mismanaged time frames, all while making a conscious choice not to take advantage of our unfortunate scenario.Jim and his crew arrived on schedule. They wrapped and taped and boxed and moved in a manner Ive never seen done by moving companies. They all took such great care with our belongings and had the most pleasant and respectful attitudes. They all worked very hard and always maintained a smile. Im thoroughly impressed by them!Due to things beyond our control with the sale of our home, we were unable to have our belongings delivered and unloaded at the time and place we originally scheduled. Thankfully, Frank and Sons offers overnight storage, so we were fortunate that our belongings would have a safe home overnight.The following day, we advised Jim that the sale of our home did not transpire and would need our belongings brought back to the house they had been moved from. When Jim and his crew arrived to unload, Jim showed us mattresses and frames he had brought (on his own) from the warehouse so that our kids would have beds to sleep in (we were supposed to have new beds delivered to the new home). What a beautiful gesture.They unloaded the truck and took the same care they did as when they loaded the truck. I was amazed by how they remembered where everything went - down to our wardrobes.Then came the bill...I was fully expecting to see thousands of dollars after all the moving hours, wait times and overnight storage, given our predicament. I would have paid it too because I am a professional who understands that people deserve to get paid for the work they do - and it wasnt the moving companys fault that we were in the situation we were in. I did not see thousands of dollars though. In fact, Jim CHARGED ME LESS than what I was expecting to pay had I utilized their services for the entire day as originally planned, even though we had held up his operations for two days.Frank and Sons Moving Storage is the kind of Company you can count on and the one you want handling your move. Their level of care, quality work, professionalism and grace is superior to any other out there. Our family has truly been blessed by them.

This is a little story to help you decide on who to choose for your moving services. I needed to move and I didnt have much help every time someone was asked, I was told yes, that they would be there on the weekend. Then the weekend came and they were not available. However one Saturday afternoon as I was moving I had fallen and broken my leg. I ended up being hospitalized. I couldnt walk or bear weight on my leg for the next 6 weeks. Thoughts race through my mind I did not have much time to get out of the place I was living. I called Frank and sons to help with the move. Robin the receptionist had said there was no availability. She didnt leave it there. Robin said that she will get with the manager and give me a call back. When Robin called me back she let me know that they would be there first thing Saturday morning. The service was amazing even though I was not able to do anything, I sat back and I told them what had to be done and they did it. From now on I will not move myself I will not ask anybody for help. I will call Frank and Sons Moving and Storage and have them do it. Since they know what theyre doing how to stock and store. That is the way to go. The employees made my experience awesome. Im willing to pay anything instead of breaking my leg and being bedridden. Hats off to this company. God bless.

Highly recommended. Frank and Sons did a short move for us -- about 25 miles. They were prompt, efficient, and really well-priced. We had three movers helping to unload the truck; the entire process took all of about four hours -- and the good-natured guys somehow actually made moving fun (I know, amazing!) Id definitely use them again!

After 25 years of living in Cape Coral, my ailing husband and I decided to move closer to our daughter in Crystal River, FL, north of Tampa. Many thanks to Joan who provided our very reasonable estimate and also provided valuable insight and contact information for Sami of Senior Move Management. 25 years of stuff that ALL seemed necessary, proved to be an impossible task to tackle alone. Sami provided a way to move what we actually needed and SELL what was not! Robin in the office provided excellent communication and never failed to provide answers to any questions that happened to pop up. Moving day arrived and Jim, Curtis and Kyle arrived promptly and went straight to work. It was an extremely emotional day and, thankfully, Jim kept it light hearted, despite the fact that it was insanely humid and rained the entire time. The following day in Crystal River, Jim and Curtis showed up promptly again - it was still humid and raining - and provided the same light heartedness throughout the unloading process. Several times I faltered where I wanted certain things, and they would cheerfully accommodate my changes. The entire team at Frank and Sons made this extremely emotional move something I can look back on with a smile on my face...and that is truly an amazing accomplishment.

We used Frank and Sons to move us and they were THE BEST!! When we had to move again, they were already booked up for the day we were moving, so, we had to use another company. Boy, did we miss Frank and Son.... This other company ripped us off !Ill NEVER make that mistake again.

Edit: finally spoke with the manager. This issue was never resolved. This is a family-run business. I told the manager about the woman who had mis-quoted me and who was incredibly offensive and rude to me on the phone. She is the managers sister and he refused to listen to my frustrations. I hope things have changed. I’ve never dealt with such an unethical business in my life.I truly wish this move went better. We were referred by a friend and had an awful customer service issue. We were told there was a 3 hour minimum and a $15 mileage charge. The guys completed the job in 3 hours. To my understanding that would make the total $330. Unfortunately Donna was incredibly rude to me and insisted that shes been doing this job for 30+ years and she guaranteed me that she told us about the extra hour drive time charge. My total w/ tax was almost $460. Im so upset because she refused to reimburse us. I told her that I did NOT want to have to write a negative review, or report their company to the BBB. She said I dont care, do it! Dont call here again, Im not reimbursing you. The owner is out of the office today. Im waiting to be in touch with him to voice my frustrations :(

They worked diligently to get my family and I moved into our new home and I could not be more pleased to have found their service. Additionally, Jims wife, Sami from Senior Move Management was on hand to assist with all the unfinished packing I had and took complete care of the delicate Items adn things I could not get packed myself.
